Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this beautiful, new Waterfront at Golden Isles Marina condominium.

This spacious, single level residence features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and breathtaking views of the Inter-coastal waterway and St. Simons Island marina.

Features include modern furnishings, hardwood and tile floors, a beautiful kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, 3 flat screen tvs, and 3 dvd players, a gas-log fireplace, and a large balcony overlooking the marina.

This new marina community is conveniently located at the base of the FJ Torras Causeway, with easy access to all the amenities of St. Simons Island and the Mainland.

The community features a swimming pool and hot tub and is within walking distance of the Coastal Kitchen restaurant. This a wonderful location for short or extended vacations! This unit does have WIFI.

Very Comfortable and Great Location!

The condo was in a great location at the marina with great views and also an easy distance from the village and beach in SSI. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Thanksgiving Vacation

Very nice property with a great location. Spent Thanksgiving with our two sons who are on ballistic missile submarines at the Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base. We had a great and relaxing time!

Great for Family

We went to St. Simon's with our daughter and her family, which included a 20 month old, and it worked out well. We loved the setup with 2 ensuites and a third full bath.

The condo was great for our family. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen and living area provided ample space for our group of six to relax and enjoy time together. We had a beautiful view of the marina from our outdoor balcony which was a peaceful place for morning coffee.

St Simons Trip

We have a great time and our property was really nice - we did find a few things that needed some attention.......and left notes when we turned in keys. Our property was exactly as described on the website and beautiful......we will definitely come again!!!!

Weekend Getaway

Very comfortable place to stay. There were only 2 of us in the 3 bedroom 3 bath but it is a place I would come back to if I don't just have to have a beach. A lot of places over the years the picture looks better than the place, but this is definitely the opposite! My nephew is in the Military at Fort Steward so he met me there for a weekend and we had a great time. I wish I had planned better and researched if there were sailboat rides or something like to have done. The place was immaculate and we tried to leave it better than we found it.

Perfect except for the difficulty with the front door lock and the porch lock. Both had been mentioned in earlier reviews and nothing had been done to address it.

beautiful condo!

We had a great stay! The condo was even more beautiful and spacious than it looked in the pictures!! It was so perfect and functional for 2 adults and 3 kids. We spent so much time enjoying the pretty scenery from the balcony. The pool was super close to the condo and the beach is just a short drive away. The parking area under the building was super nice...right by the elevator, always shaded/cool and stayed dry during the rain. We are already planning another trip back to this location! My husband wasn't a fan of the master bed, but i liked it (kind of a firmer memory foam mattress) and I'd recommend putting a small shelf/table or something in the master shower for shaving legs and toiletries. Overall, an awesome stay for our family! Sad to leave!!

Gorgeous views

This was the best condo to stay for five days! The condo was beautiful and had amazing views of the intercostal! We saw dolphins riding the waves and everything was very close by. High five stars!!

Great retreat

From our arrival until our departure the place was awesome...tried to make it to East Beach but too late in the day😏 made it to the lighthouse and that little waterway, so we did get to feel the water...only downside was the horseflies at the pool...didn't know they bit...so protect urself...otherwise loved the amenities probably use a different hodnett location for the next one...maybe closer to beach🤫🤔 I would recommend to anyone with a boat ie. the pier but to anyone wanting a getaway from hustle and bustle of everyday living....quiet and peaceful. Thank you again for our visit!!

Quiet. Tranquil. Well equipped.

Morning coffee on the balcony as the sun warmed our faces was a daily treat. The actual place is even better than the photos. There are some spots that could use repainting (like crown moulding in living room) but that is minor in balance. Watching the boat activity in the marina was entertaining and relaxing. What neighbors that were also in the building were very quiet, and warmly greeted when seen. We recommend it.

Beautiful Views

Great place to stay if you are working in Brunswick. We were teaching for a few days and staying at the waterfront was easy to access the mainland. Walked to Coastal Kitchen for most dinners. The food was amazing!

This have been one of the best cleanest properties I have stayed in this year.

I love the view of the marina and most of the accommodations were within minutes of the property. You will not regret staying at this property.

Great location for the area

We enjoyed our visit to the area. The condo was located in between Brunswick, St. Simons and Jekyll. The only suggestion I have is for the condo owner. The room with the twin beds is not a usable room. Because they are in the smaller room you cannot close the door. They should be in the second room to give space - if used at all. Both squeaked so bad no one could sleep on them. The rest of the condo was beautiful and the very of the marine amazing.
