Unit in Duck Key next to the biggest resort in the Florida Keys! Located near stores, restaurants, delicatessen, bait and tackle shop, bank, jewelry store, and much more. Two marinas that you can use, rental of jet skis, kayak boat, sailing boats, snorkeling and fishing trips. You have access to the Gulf or Atlantic Ocean. Dock with fish cleaning station. Only minutes away from Marathon, Isla Morada, Bahia Honda Recreational Beach, Sombrero Beach and only 1 hour from Key West.

Unit A - This beautiful home comfortably accommodates up to six people and is completely decorated.

Master bedroom has a King-size bed with a with flat panel LCD Television. Large sliding glass doors give access to the adjacent balcony with views of the pools and emerald green canal. The spacious Master Bath boasts a walk in closet with ample room for storage.

Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed with closet and private television.

Bedroom #3 has a full-size bed with closet and private television.

The Living Room has a entertainment center. The Lovely kitchen/breakfast area has full amenities. and ample pool deck make for excellent sunning areas. Property has two marinas that you can use or bring your own boat. You can dock your boat right in your backyard 92-foot concrete dock with no extra dock fees. You can fish from your backyard. Just bring your rods!

This place was perfect for our family vacation and our first time to the Florida Keys. It is conveniently and centrally located, and the area was very nice. The duplex was clean and very comfortable for our party. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Really nice place. We stayed here 4 days and only had neighbors for one day, but everyone was really nice. The pool was great, the king bed was comfy. Good hot water in the shower and a washer and dryer. One evening while relaxing by the pool a manatee swam by. What I like about this place is you're basically in the middle of everything. 1 hr 15 min north you're in Key Largo, 1 hr 15 min south you're in Key West. So take your car and drop the top and cruise. The neighborhood was super quiet and if you're looking for a great dinner, 15 min south there is a nice restaurant in Marathon called the Key West Steak & Lobster house. Only 3 minutes away is the Dolphin Connection, if you love these animals or if you have kids it's a great experience to get in the water and reenact with them I would recommend and definitely stay here again.

We have a nice stay in this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue was the sugar ants that got into our food in the pantry. We were lucky because the other side was not rented. If it had been rented, we would have had to share the outdoor spaces including the pool. I sent the owner a message asking questions when we booked, but never received an answer. We fished off the dock the first day and caught quite a few large Mangrove Snapper. Don’t swim in the canal, we had a 7 ft Bull Shark pay us a visit! The canal is shallower on the condo side with some rocks, so not sure how a larger boat would do. Overall, a very nice place and would stay again with a larger group to book both condos.

Summer 2025

This is our 3rd time staying at this property and we absolutely love it!! Location is great, the canal is great for fishing, swimming and relaxing. Pool and patio dock area is perfect. Plenty of room for everything and everyone. House is clean and well stocked for all your needs. Looking forward to staying again! The host is amazing as well.

This place is excellent for the money and what all it offers! Location is ideal, you’ll be in the middle of the keys so driving from place to place is a breeze. Next the pictures do not do this house justice. The place is just lovely with plenty of room, that is clean and tastefully decorated. From fishing off the dock, to playing in the pool, to ease of access parking. Book this one for your dream Florida Keys vacation!

Great Spot

This property was exactly as described. Great location and outdoor space with the pool and tiki huts. Canal access was great, we enjoyed watching the fish but the fishing was tough. The house was nice on the inside and really quite spacious. It was great for a big family as there is a roll-away bed and a pullout couch. The nitpicks I have were that the place needs a day or two with a handyman. Front door knob was loose and hard to turn, fridge handle was lose at the bottom and hard to use, ice maker worked but has random issues, microwave seemed on its last leg. Also several switches/lights did not seem to work. Location was great and the outdoor space was awesome. Would stay here again.

Multi family getaway

Cute, cozy duplex and since we rented both sides due to amt of people, we had the pool and dock for fishing all to ourselves. Be aware that if you rent only one side you may potentially have to share the common areas(pool/dock). Definetly recommend.

Nice place

It's a lovely home, but please note that it is a duplex, which means you'll be sharing the pool area with the tenants in the other unit. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear much of what is happening next door. However, the neighborhood is tranquil, making it a good option if you're looking for peace and quiet. Keep in mind that there isn't much to do nearby; everything is about a 20-30-minute drive away.I’m not sure if the advertisement mentioned this, but check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 9 AM. We initially planned to rent for 5 nights and 5 days, but in reality, it's 5 nights and 4 days. This didn't affect us much since we left a day early and moved elsewhere due to the lack of activities. We found it too dull here and decided to continue our journey.

Family Time

My husband and I booked this stay with my brother and his wife. My family joined us for a 4 day stay here before we went to our next destination. We are on a month long trip in different locations in Florida. This stay was especially nice since we were with family and had the opportunity to enjoy fishing and boating. The accommodations were perfect. We chartered a fishing boat and were able to enjoy our catch for dinner the same night. The grill was an unexpected bonus; we prepared our entire meal on the grill. Pool was amazing. The marina was within walking distance so the next day we rented a boat and beached along a sand bar for several hours; snorkeling and swimming were fantastic. Highly recommend. Would stay again if the opportunity presented itself.
