This bright and spacious home with beautiful beach decor is only steps away from the ocean. The first floor offers an open living room and kitchen with large windows and high ceilings. A separate dining room, bar seating, and a card/breakfast table exist. A king bedroom and 2 full baths are also on this floor. The upper floor hosts two guest bedrooms and another full hall bath. One room has a queen bed, and the other has two twins.

The private pool area is perfect for great outdoor fun in the sun! With only minutes to the ocean and a quick bike ride to Coligny for shopping on this beach, home is in an ideal spot.

Beach trip with family

Our family loved the stay at 15 Ibis. Close to beach, loved the pool and biked to everything we wanted to do. Great location!

Amazing location

Very clean, very close to the beach. We loved the private pool! Perfect location to ride bikes to coligny as well. We would love to stay here again.

Great location in N Forest Beach!

Super cute beach house with a beautiful new kitchen, private pool and comfortable family room! This house is a short walk to the beach! We loved our weekend stay!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This house is lovely -- bigger than it looks in the pictures, very clean, well-stocked, and located in a beautiful spot that is really close to the beach (less than a one-minute walk). Pool was clean, warm, and like the house, a little bigger than we expected. We'd definitely stay here again!

Another Wonderful Beach Vacation

Ibis has been our favorite beach destination for over 20 years! The house is superbly maintained and is so comfortable... beach across the street and pool right at your front door... great restaurants and golf nearby... Beufort and Savannah day trips...

Great House / Wonderful Location

This property is well decorated and comfortable. It is an updated lovely beach house. The pool area is surrounded by shrubs and feels very private. Appliances are new and everything worked perfectly. It’s in a wonderful neighborhood, a very short walk to a quiet beach.

Fabulous Stay

The Vacation Company was a pleasure to deal with. They are on top of everything, texting me multiple times during our stay to ensure all was good. We have been to HHI numerous times and this was the best property management that we have ever dealt with. My next visit to HHI, i will purposely look at rentals from the Vacation Company....A+

Great house with amazing beach access!

We loved staying at this house. It was just enough room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The outside area is amazing. The pool is such a nice feature especially during August. We really enjoyed the ambiance of the pool area and lit trees. The beach access was just a short walk which made it so nice to run back to the house for anything you needed or for lunch. We really like the Coligny area and this property is located just down the street and a short bike ride. The house could use some updating and paint, but all in all wonderful.

HH vacation

This was a great home with a good amount of kitchen gadgets. The grill was ready with a full tank of propane. The bikes were a nice touch. I would have liked to have more beach gear available. Overall a great trip! The smoke detector was a bit touchy and fire department came to the house, annoying but otherwise all was great!

4th of July

Great location, layout, amenities, and cleanliness. Pool was perfection. Ample hoses and outdoor shower for managing sand coming in from the best beach. Bikes were well tuned and included beach buggy was a nice bonus. There were ants on the pool deck but we managed them with the hose periodically - not taking any points off as this is to be expected at the beach. Wonderful all around.

Beach week getaway

The house was great. We would definitely come back to this location. The WiFi was terrible. Hard for me to keep up with some of the work I needed to do while I was there. Also would be great to have a couple extras like trash bags or paper towels. But none of this would stop me from coming back. Weather was perfect. Loved it. Wish we could stay longer.

First Time Renters with a Vacation Company Property

This was our third rental property on North Forest Beach and our first rental with the Vacation Company. 15 Ibis is located on a great corner lot approximately 200 yards from the beach—an exceptional location! We would have given an overall 5 star rating but this particular property (house, pool & furniture) is dated/worn. There is a need for basic cleaning products (mop/swiffer) for families dragging in sand. We needed to purchase cleaning products and additional trash bags during our stay. The pool light was malfunctioning (strobing) and the pool is missing some tiles near the steps. The grill had not been properly cleaned and we had to clean thoroughly before using. Rental setup using VRBO and Communication was fantastic. The rental came with four bicycles, beach towels and we were also granted a credit toward beach gear which we used for 3 beach chairs, two beach umbrellas and a beach cart! An overall great family vacation. We plan on using the Vacation Company properties again for our future vacations!

Lovely stay at a great location

This house was great for my family of 4. The house had plenty of room for all of us and the location could not have been better - steps from the beach and close to shopping. We had a great time and would go back to this property.

Making Memories

My husband and our children including our first granddaughter stayed at 15 Ibis Street and absolutely loved the house, pool and proximity to beach. It was our first extended family vacation with our granddaughter and we couldn't be happier. Plenty of room for everyone, kitchen had everything we needed and having a working grill made our stay perfect. We will be returning next year.

Great beach house with a pool!

My family and I loved our stay in this beach house! It's a short walk to the beach, and a quick half mile walk/bike ride to Coligny Circle. The beach is close enough to walk back to the house for a quick snack, or to grab anything that you may have left behind. The house was very clean and decorated perfectly for the beach. The pool was a great way to relax right in our own front yard. The landscaping is beautiful and encloses the pool in its own little oasis. The property manager sent multiple messages in the days before our stay and also during our stay updating us on all kinds of info. Overall, a very easy and seamless rental process. I would definitely book this house again.
