Regarding the shower and tub handles, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We performed a detailed inspection and couldn't find the issue that you mentioned -- but as always, they are thoroughly cleaned between each stay. We understand you’ve stayed in condos that felt like a better fit, but we hope we’ll have the chance to welcome you back and provide the five‑star stay we’re known for.
