Bright flat near the centre of Cannes, ideal for conventioneers and travelers

The apartment is located 5 minutes from the Montfleury sports complex (tennis, swimming pool etc.) but there is no swimming pool in the residence. We are 15 minutes from the rue d'Antibes. The beaches are not far away. It is located in a very quiet area but nevertheless close to all facilities (large supermarket 10 mins walk). On the 2nd floor without lift of a small residence of 5 co-owners, it includes a very large living-dining room opening onto a very pleasant terrace protected from everything opposite, in a real green setting. A welcoming table allows 6 to eat there. Television (with cable channels) and wifi are available. The kitchen is equipped with a combined fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine (kettle, Nespresso machine are also available). There are 3 bedrooms, one with a 160 double bed, the other 2 with single beds, one of which has an extra bed that can be opened if necessary. One bathroom has shower and toilet, the other bath and bidet. There are also separate toilets. It is about 160 m2. What else can I say?
This is our main home, we like it a lot and hope that those who come there will also have a good time. We are available and will be happy to answer any questions.
