Seahaunts 6A | Spacious Townhouse, Gulf Views & Pool Access

This three story townhouse is located in the gated community of Sea Haunts which is just steps away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There are spectacular, wonderful gulf views from each level.

First level has a Queen bed and full bathroom.

The second floor has the living area, kitchen, and dining area. Also on this level, there's a large balcony to relax and catch a sunset.

The third level has a spacious master bedroom with a King bed that faces the Gulf and has a private balcony as well as a daybed with twin trundle. There is also a third bedroom on this level that has a Queen bed.

Perfect for families, Seahaunts 6A can comfortably sleep 8. It has wireless high-speed internet. You can bike to all the restaurants and shops along 30a. Guests have access to the San Remo pool and jacuzzi located 50 yards from the front door.

There are 6 beach chairs and a kayak in the garage for guest use. *No more than two small pets (dogs under 25 pounds) are allowed, only with advance notice and permission. Exceptions as to size and number of pets can be made only with Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals permission in advance of arrival. A NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE OF $200 IS REQUIRED (if you booked on the vrbo or airbnb website, you will need to notify our company that you are bringing a pet and pay the $200 fee). Additionally, pets are not allowed in or near the pool area.

Location!

The location cannot be beat. Beach was stunnng! Incredibly clean inside! Amenities were so welcome - beautiful comfy new beach chairs. Three floors lots of stairs - not an issue for us. Comfy beds - well stocked kitchen. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Wonderful Beach Condo

The Seahaunts 6A property was perfect for our family beach vacation! It’s a beautiful property, steps from the beach, and located in a quiet gated community. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with all the items you would need for a week’s vacation. We brought our two dogs and they had spacious lawn areas just out front for them to run around and do their business. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance (Papa Surf Burger Bar, Shunk Gully, and Pecan Jacks Ice Cream were some of our favorites). The host was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. We would most definitely book this property again in the future!

Convenient location and clean property.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is very conveniently located. The beach is just steps away and close to restaurants and shops. The house had plenty of beach chairs to use and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean.

Adorable spot and great location!

The 30A can be super busy, but this location is perfect. We were very close to everything and an easy drive to Seaside or Rosemary Beach. Great pool and appreciate the fact that it was heated literally steps to the beach. We had a marvelous time!

Great location.

The condo was very nice and clean. The location was great… walking distance to town and short walk to the beach. Overall we were very satisfied. It would have been nice if the back patio was cleaned up. Thanks so much.

Great Fall Break

The property was as advertised. Our family feels that Sea Haunts is a hidden gem and it once again did not disappoint. We had never stayed in 6A and it was very nice. I want to emphasize that, while not directly on the beach, you can still see the water from the balcony, and it’s a very short and safe walk to the beach.

Amazing location

Although our trip was short this townhome was PERFECT for our family! We have two toddlers and the upstairs master suit had a small room attached with a trundle bed where both of our kids slept. The location of the beach (1 minute walk) made it so easy to be at the beach whenever we wanted! Just a 3 minute car ride to a bunch of shops and restaurants, this VRBO is ideal for any family!

Wonderful

This is a beautiful place to stay in a wonderful area. The gated courtyard area is very pretty and well maintained. On the beach in minutes. We were able to use the hot tub from neighboring condo rental which was a great way to end our evening. Pool is not heated but is big and would be useful during the summer months. We had a great time walking to nearby establishments all with great food! Thanks for a break from our winter back home.

Best One Yet!

We’ve stayed at the Sea Haunts 3 times prior to this stay and this is our favorite unit yet! Communication with the property manager was fantastic. Door/gate codes and instructions started a week prior to our visit with reminders the day before and day of check-in. The unit was very clean with and superbly updated. Showers were awesome and large with marble touches and niches for everything and teak seats for the ladies. Views were fantastic and the pool/hot tub situation is great for the red and double red flag days at the beach. We and our 5 kids love this place and hope to book it again next year. Wonderful spot on 30A!! Love it!

Great area but AC unit does not cool

The location on the beach and near restaurants/shops is fabulous - this is a great area. The cleanliness was decent but there were a couple misses like the shower drains had a bunch of hair and this should have been taken care of during cleaning. Our main issue was the AC unit not cooling in the afternoon. We had young kids who nap and their monitors were reading 84 and 88 degrees inside different rooms so they had issues sleeping with it being so uncomfortable.

We would have appreciated you reporting the a/c issue to our office while you were here, it wasn't until you departed that we discovered this, which also affected the next guest. Luckily, we were able to get a new unit installed while they were here, but they were quite uncomfortable as well.

Great location!

We really enjoyed this place! Sea Haunts is a great, gated townhome community south of 30A, making the walk to the beach a breeze. We really enjoyed the privacy (it’s an end unit and we did not have neighbors on the other side). The beach was really not that crowded, especially given the time of year. Nice grassy common area to take my dog out. Great proximity to Gulf Place. We walked to Papa Surf Burger Bar for dinner. The only slightly awkward thing (but certainly wasn’t a deal breaker for us) is that you must go through the first level bedroom to get in and out of the front door. Just something to be aware of if privacy is a concern. Also, we could not find any kitchen towels, dishcloths, or potholders so just something we wanted to note. We figured someone might have washed them and forgot to put them back. Additionally, we could not get the master bedroom tv to turn off with the remote or power button, so we had to unplug it. The owner did a lovely job of updating the place. Very cute! We enjoyed the beautiful weather and would definitely stay here again!

Hard to reach management so issues no resolved quickly

Upon arriving there were no hand towels and soap in half bath. The lower bath had one bath cloth but no hand towels. The kitchen trash cans had no bags. After 3 calls someone came out the second day. I was awoken to sounds of crawling roaches in the lower bedroom. There were others found in kitchen and hall. I called and they sent out traps and spray. One of the biggest issues is the lower bedroom is pretty much unusable. There is a slider door that separates the stairway to back door so you can go out that way without disturbing occupant of that room. As it was, the owner chose not to let landscapers maintain his unit so it was an overgrown jungle out there. No one was willing to walk down the side of building to get out that way. Bottom line, that room was unusable. My boys didn’t want the others coming through his room all night with the dogs. We used 2 bedrooms. The last day of our trip the neighbor next door had the landscaping company clear out his brush so the pavers were visible. Too late for us. I think the owner of 6A needs to maintain his lawn area or let it be known in description there is only one way out - the front door.

I am not sure how management was hard to get in touch with, we were in the office 7 days per week while you were here and we include our phone number and email address on all pre-arrival communications. The additional towels and washcloths are placed under the sinks as only a few are put out for display purposes. Also, the landscaping between the buildings shouldn't have impacted your stay as the front door of the unit exits onto brick tile pavers directly toward the beach. The bug issue has been dealt with as well.

Dreamy little space!

Perfect location and just steps from the beach. Quiet and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay in this townhome. There were personal touches in the decor indicating that the owner also uses this home. Loved it and would stay here again.

Great location, updated unit

Although the building is older, this unit has been updated nicely. The grounds were great & very pet friendly. Easy beach access and garage was filled with lots of g extras for kids to play with at the beach.
