Upon entering the cool colors of the home’s kitchen and great room, you’ll be provided with all the sophisticated amenities you expect. With a clear view to the pool and mountain slopes beyond, your kitchen duty is enjoyed with a pinch-me smile. Complete with a dedicated coffee station, prep/eat island, and modern appliances, food and drinks are made with ease.

Although there is plenty of room at the spacious dining table and sitting area, life on The Big Island is centered on the lanai. Step through sliding glass doors and choose between deep seating and poolside dining, when you’re not in the water. With a deep roof overhang you can enjoy both sunrise light and afternoon shade with stunning views, while keeping a watchful eye on those playing in the sun. Or, if you prefer, take your morning coffee or your evening cocktail to the hot tub for ultimate pampering. Outdoor recessed lighting, chaise lounges, barbecue, and outdoor shower complete your paradise.

The Master Suite and Junior Master Suite are accessed from the lanai, and provide convenient quiet refuges for a midday nap, or nighttime slumber. A Queen Guest Room has access to the Hallway Bath, while a Twin Room enjoys its own access right from the front entrance. All private spaces are finely appointed to meet your comfort requirements. Laundry, A/C, garage, and ample driveway parking complete the package.

• All bedrooms and living room have flat screen TV's
• Beach Gear (Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards, Snorkel Sets, Beach Towels) are supplied. Any other items can be rented locally.
• Baby gear (Pack n Play, High Chair) are supplied. Any other items can be rented locally.

Spa Heating (Included) There is no extra charge to heat the Spa. It is on an “egg timer” and runs for a predetermined amount of time. If it shuts off, you need to turn it on again. Our heaters are heat pumps, and they take longer to heat than a gas heater. It will start to get warm about 30-45 minutes after it is initially turned on.

Pool Heating (Extra Charge) If you would like the pool heater to be set it will incur an extra daily. You will need to arrange pool heating with us before your stay. The pool only heats when the pool filters are running 9am - 5pm. Please note, on cloudier and windier days, it can take the pool a long time to heat up. This means, the pool heat will cool overnight and start heating again in the morning. The unheated pool temp is in the high 70's low 80's
