This home has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Spa Heating (Included) There is no extra charge to heat the Spa. It is on an “egg timer” and runs for a predetermined amount of time. If it shuts off, you simply need to turn it on again. Our heaters are heat pumps and take longer to heat than a gas heater. About 30 minutes after initially turned on.

Pool Heating (Extra Charge) If you would like the pool heater to be set it will incur a $225 per day extra charge. You will need to arrange pool heating with us before your stay. The pool only heats when the pool filters are running 9 am - 5 pm. Please note, that on cloudier and windier days, it can take the pool a long time to heat up. This means the pool heat will cool overnight and start heating again in the morning.
