NaPali Coffeehouse is one of our favorites on the island as well :-) We're working on fixing the window ASAP, however we have to wait for the replacement glass to be shipped over from the mainland, which can take several weeks. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back again soon! Aloha and safe travels on your future adventures 🌺

Mahalo for taking the time to leave your feedback! We sincerely apologize for the broken window encountered during your stay. While it has since been repaired, we had to wait for the custom-sized window to be shipped from the mainland, which took several days longer than expected. We will be sure to schedule this unit for a pest-control appointment to handle the ants, per your recommendation. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for an updated experience in the future! Aloha and safe travels 🌺

Mahalo for taking the time to leave your detailed feedback! We'll be sure to pass your comments along to the owners, and see about making updates where we're able. Unfortunately, in such a remote location, the WiFi will always be a bit spotty, and the resort is very strict about noise regulations and maintaining an "old Hawai'i feel", hence the lack of TV. We're also glad to share that the on-site restaurant has reopened under a new name! Gaia is open for lunch and dinner, and is BYOB! We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back again soon. Aloha and safe travels :-)

Thanks for the great review Tara! We're very pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay and all the great amenities on site! We hope you your whole vacation was wonderful, and that you'll be able to come back soon! We'd love to have you stay with us again :) mahalo!
