Hello paradise! Nothing makes an Emerald Coast vacation better than staying in a Gulf-front condo. Crescent 108 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom rental that can entertain up to 12 beach guests. Whether you are planning a trip with family or with friends, this is the rental for you.

The large, open living area is what you would expect from an elegant vacation rental on the prettiest coast in the world. A wraparound couch faces both a TV and glass doors that open onto a breezy balcony overlooking a lagoon-shaped pool and the shimmering waves of the Gulf. A dining table with six chairs sits adjacent to the living room. Nearby, the spacious kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances and a wraparound, granite-topped bar with six chairs. Here, you can enjoy a buffet-styled meal or tropical appetizers, or take your treats onto the balcony and enjoy the view.

The primary suite boasts a king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, en-suite bath, and immediate access to the beachfront balcony. One guest room features a king-size bed and private bath, while the other includes two full bunks with access to a full hall bath.

When you stay at the Crescent, you not only enjoy the luxurious living space, but also great amenities that will only add to the vacation fun. Two private pools and a bubbling hot tub are available for guest use. The spacious patio surrounding the pools includes lounge chairs, tables, and grills, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a poolside cookout. The pools are only a short stroll from the beach, so you can take your pick between a freshwater plunge or burying your toes in the sand anytime throughout the day. The Crescent also offers a game room and on-site fitness center. With its central location in Miramar Beach, guests can easily access grocery stores, restaurants, bars, concerts and more – in Destin, Miramar Beach, and on Scenic Highway 30A.

*Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

*Based on the daily temperature and at HOA's discretion, one of the community pools is seasonally heated.
