I couldn’t recommend this beautiful place and host highly enough! It is just as, if not even more beautiful in person! The views are stunning and the condo had more than we could ever need. Beautiful Condo

This Destin condo is beautifully decorated with a fabulous view. The location is very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We had 7 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The host was so nice and accommodating.I would definitely recommend this condo.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

Host is extremely easy to work with and very communicative. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. Private and clean beach! Beautiful views from 2 separate balconies. We really enjoyed the condo and would certainly stay with Vangie again!

Excellent location and beautiful property

This condo was perfect for our vacation. We had 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space for everybody. Vangie was super responsive and helpful. The location is also great - right on the beach. The pool is right downstairs and we used this several times for the kiddos on the really hot days. Kitchen was very well stocked with all the needed appliances. Would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we wanted!

This property was awesome. Everything was clean and easy. The proximity and ease of access to the beach and food, etc. was better than we expected. The owner gave great suggestions and ideas. We hope to be back!

Family vacation 2024

Loved our stay!

It was our third time staying at Mainsail. This condo was our favorite of the three! The condo was perfect for two families. We loved having two living rooms—one for the kids and one for the adults. It was great being so close to the beach and getting four beach chairs/two umbrellas. The condo was very clean. We also had good communication with the owner throughout the stay.

We’re so sorry you didn’t have enough towels. We leave 16 luxury bath towels out during each stay. However, if you need more, the local assistant is always just a text away to deliver more towels or whatever you may need.

Perfect for extended families!

This property fit our 3 families perfectly! Plenty of space to spread out. It’s recently been updated and it is well taken care of. There were tons of dishes and cookware and the stand alone ice maker was great! The only real issue that we had was that the fridge was freezing our food. The beach was awesome and we had a great trip! We would definitely stay here again!

Wow! What a great place!

The view was breathtaking! It was so fun to stay right in the beach. The place was spacious and felt like the 10 of us always had plenty of space. We had two families and it was awesome to have two masters. It was nice that it even had two washers and dryers. We also appreciated the umbrella and chairs provided by the resort. It was so nice to have fewer things to carry down to the beach. Thanks for letting us stay!

Will Stay Again

We took a family vacation with about 10 adults and 2 children. We had MORE than enough room for everyone and the home was clean and tidy. Debbie was very quick to respond and was so helpful in answering all of our questions. The walk to the beach was not long at all and we appreciated that the building provided us with umbrellas and chairs for no extra cost. Will stay again!

Best unit ever!!!

This Penthouse condo offers everything!!! Our family was blown away by the beauty and functionality of it. The area is convenient and fun and being right on the beach was such a pleasure. Weather cool? No problem as the large hot tub at the pool is so big you will use it a lot!!! We will be back!!! Thanks Vangie and Vrbo!!!

Perfect for families

We really enjoyed our stay. The layout of the condo is very unique and worked well for us. The kids loved the bunk room. Having 4 bathrooms was great too. The two living areas were helpful, letting the kids watch their movie in one room and adults in the other area. The view is nice. 2 pairs of beach setup was definitely a plus, so we didn’t have to carry all of our chairs to and from. We also liked that there was no carpet in the unit. It was very clean and the owner is quick to respond and helpful. We will be back!

Beach Vacation

Overall everything was good. However, there was no trundle in the queen bedroom, as was listed. There were no beach chairs or boards, even though we were told there were. The code did not work at 4:00pm. I had to call the owner to reset the code. Other than the above, it was a good vacation. The living area was the best part of the condo.

Per the check in instructions, ( which were not read and nor were the check OUT instructions) the Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs and the boogie boards with beach toys were in the outdoor closet. I sent the door code for your use. Sorry the trundle was romoved when the movers brought in the new Queen Bedroom suit. The listing shows sleeps 10. The other trundle is brand new under the day bed. Our condo rules are few, but IMPORTANT per the CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS “please do not rearrange” ALL the heavy furniture in the entire CONDO. The Luxury Furnishings have been specifically arranged by an Interior designer. Our housekeeper is private and had much difficulty moving the dining table, dining chairs, end tables and all the accessories back in place before the next guest arrived. So disrepectful to the Housekeeper and the property. The least you could have done is move it all back in place before check out. There is a very GOOD reason we have so many repeat guests and Five Star Reviews. We have very high standards for the vacation property so our guests will receive a high quality vacation getaway in return for their kind patronage. We don’t ask for a damage deposit because we usually have exceptional guests. Also, I was available to assist you by text or phone 24/7 during your stay. I did not receive one call or text from you when I reached out to check on you during the 2nd day of your stay. No response. Notice our customer service is mentioned several times in reviews. From the moment of booking to the last closing of the door, this property was a dream come true! Seven adults and four teenagers fit with plenty of space for everyone. Starting with cleanliness, the property was perfect. All bedrooms, bathrooms and the kitchen were clean as were the common living spaces. The decor was beautiful and upscale but so very comfortable. Having two large screen smart TVs were a blessing when teens and adults wanted to watch separate things in the evening. The view of the ocean was wonderful and we spent quite a bit of time on the two balconies. Access to the beach was simple and there were plenty of toys and chairs in the closet to accompany the two umbrellas and four chairs that are always available. The mattresses were really comfortable and the towels were thick and soft. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to fix meals. Plenty of spices were available also. Three separate ice makers made having cold drinks for everyone a wonderful treat. And while all of these amenities are wonderful, what made the week so pleasant was dealing with Vangie. She was an absolute godsend with spot on recommendations for everything from casual restaurants to more fine dining, for activities for the teens along with a great place for a massage! She made this past week traveling with three separate families a wonderful experience for all! We are already checking calendars for when we can go back!!

What we love the most about this condo is that the 2 balconies have fabulous up close views of the beach and the emerald, crystal clear ocean. The elevator is just a few steps from our condo and it lets out right at the board walk to the sand! Umbrella Service for Four awaits you each morning on the beach. Mainsail is one of the few resorts that sits directly on the beach front that also offers a resort style pool and jacuzzi. After a lazy day at the beach enjoying the sunset, we enjoy using the gas grills to dine next to the pool at the picnic tables in our swimsuits. Serving a Texas size fajita buffet to our Florida friends is very convenient on the long bar next to the gas grills. This is particularly convenient in the summer when most restaurants don’t take reservations and wait times for large parties are hours long. Another thing, if we go out to eat every night, we miss the AMAZING sunsets on Miramar Beach. This is our favorite time on the beach for happy hour in our personal beach chairs. We keep these available to out guests.
