This newly remodeled one bedroom, one bath unit is located in the exclusive gated community of Burnt Store Marina in Punta Gorda and can accommodate up to four.
The unit is next to the marina and steps from the Cass Cay Restaurant and waterfront bar.
Safe Harbour is the deepest marina/harbor in Southwest Florida- so bring your Jolly Roger and vessels be they sail or powerboat!! Slips are available for rent. If you want someone else to do all the work- fishing charters and dolphin cruises leave this marina daily.
If you're more of a landlubber-there is a 27 hole golf course as well.
The property offers tennis courts, pickleball courts, and fitness center.
Golf cart rentals are available around the corner.
Within a 2 minute walk from the unit, the Cass Cay Restaurant offers a delicious lunch and dinner menu with daily specials. The waterfront Tiki Bar has live music on the weekends (ends at 9 pm) and daily drink specials including rum!!
A grocery store next to the restaurant, serves a delicious breakfast and has pantry staples such as beer and wine!!
The large heated pool is located on the other side of this building so no long walk through parking lots in wet clothes!!
The building itself has an elevator to bring you and your booty to the upper floors.
Imagine yourself on this screened in lanai relaxing as you watch the boats float in and out of the harbor.
The spacious living room with large 55" HD flat screen TV is perfect for relaxing after a day out in the sun.
The kitchen is equipped for a quick meal or a gourmet dinner.

Perfect getaway

We stayed in this condo for a week while visiting friends in the area. It has everything you need. Great location, a well stocked kitchen, full sized washer and dryer, comfortable lanai and inviting heated pool. The owner was available by phone and even checked on us halfway through our stay. Looking forward to next year!

Good Location

We liked the location and the unit. A bit of communication problem via Vrbo about check in, but once we talked with host it was resolved quickly. Only complaints are that there was no cable TV, only streaming services and Amazon Fire Stick, and WiFi was not accessible per provides instructions. I had my own JetPak, so it wasnā€™t needed.

Excellent Experience

The condo met all of our expectations plus more. We enjoyed sitting in the lanai watching the activity in the harbor as the boats came and went. The restaurant next door had good food and entertainment. We always felt safe as well while in the area. We would certainly stay at the location again.

Fantastic stay, great host & beautiful property

Mike was great to work with, place was beautiful and had great views. We loved sitting out on the lanai watching the boats and even seen a Dolphin. This will be our go to for us as well as friends and family, they loved the pictures. Extremely happy with my choice on this stay in Burnt Store Marina.

Great Spot

I planned to stay on my boat but A/C was out when I arrived - so it turned into a boat repair trip. Was thrilled to find this condo right on the marina. Very clean, everything you need with a pool to cool off. Will definitely stay again!

Blessed!!

We were there a t this condo to access our damage at our retirement home on Pine island and this kind man let us stay at his facility another night,my husband had a mini stroke on top everything else and this host let us stay longer and rearrange his condos for us, I would definitely stay there again!

Unit Could Be Much Cleaner

Unit had a few minor maintenance items like an intermittent noisy bathroom fan and broken bedroom closet door (which manager previously told us about). Extremely dirty floor especially under furniture, along walls, and in closets. The unit needs to be properly cleaned - filth under couch, bed, chairs etc. has been there for quite some time. Some plates and glasses had food on them from previous use. Some positives: good communication from manager before check-in, great location and harbor view, newly updated with granite countertops and nice furniture and easy check-in/check-out.

Clean, updated condo in nice area. Owner, Mike, friendly and helpful before we arrived with info about area and some places to check out. Pool area clean, plenty of lounge chairs. We would definitely stay here again.

Balcony floor was black, check in was a mess couldnā€™t get in til after check in time, water pressure low, no internet, ran out of towels the list goes on. Should have quit after the first time there. But view was excellent!

Great Value

Comfortable condo with large balcony and marina view. Easy access to Punta Gorda airport, walk to Cass Cay restaurant with very friendly staff and of course our attentive waitresses, Cheyanne took care of us each visit, good food & live music. Perfect for our last few nights in the area.

Keel Club Condo

We spent four nights and found the condo well equipped. The location is good if you don't want to be in the middle of the action and prefer quiet. We have no complaints about Burnt Store Marina. There are several restaurants and frequent live musicians in the evenings. All and all a fun place to stay.

Different than Depicted

The property we rented online was totally different than the one we actually stayed in. The online unit had been updated with new appliances, granite countertops and offered a marina view. The unit we got was dated, had old appliances, a missing microwave handle and not super clean. The owner did offer a partial refund after we contacted him but we would of rather had the unit we requested. Thankfully the weather was beautiful and the location was great so we didnā€™t let the mixup spoil our vacation.

Nice community

The property that we reserved online was not the one that we were given to stay in. The pictures online were definitely of a different unit. Having said that, the unit was sufficient. It was right above the pool area which was convenient. We had an issue that came up during the week which was resolved. It is a fun community to walk through and the marina restaurant and store were very close.
