This convenient 1st floor unit is in the Secured gated community just steps away from Safe harbor marina. Marina has slips for your boat or take advantage of the daily fishing and dolphin watching charters that leave from the harbor. There is a waterfront Tiki Bar and restaurant (with live music) just a few steps away. 27 hole golf course, tennis, pickelball and fitness center. Watch the kids and friends from the fully equipped kitchen . The trading post adjacent to the restaurant offers convenience to groceries,breakfast cafe deli and ship store that rents kayaks. The list goes on with a barbecue and deck overlooking the marina. You actually will never have to leave the grounds on this great escape!

Best hidden treasure

Condo was very quaint and perfect for our needs of this trip. The restaurant and trading post was mere steps away. Will be back!

Good value

Condo was clean and recently renovated. Had basics needed for our week long stay. Enjoyed the use of the pool and the convenience of the Cass Cay Restaurant within walking distance.

Perfect for my Wife and I

In town to shop for property. Location was not only perfect for the areas we were looking at but also in being able to speak with the locals about the area. The Cass Cove, or whatever the name of the bar next to the condo, was a great spot for a nightcap and/or dinner everynight. We'll be back for our next stop when it's time to sign to build!

Very comfortable unit with fantastic location. The trading post is so easy for snacks or tasty breakfast. Always nice to have an evening cocktail at Cass cay overlooking the marina. All within footsteps. Mike was a great host. Very easy to communicate with.

nice place

overall it was a pleasant stay, everything as described. neighbors were pleasant and friendly, pool was nice. easy to walk around the marina. at times the boat storage storage facility next door was somewhat noisy with frequent backup alarms and power washers for several hours. communication was good easy with access in and out, no problems.

Keel Cay condo

Condo with nice pool. Condo provided 2 TVs, good amount of dishes, kettles, utensils, condiments, paper towels & TP, and linens. Cute beach theme. Overlooked the pool, quick walk to outdoor bar, store, & restaurant. Marina is steps away, too. Mike, the owner, very nice and responsive.

Great condo and friendly people!

My daughter and I stayed for a week and had a great time! The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you would expect. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool is very convenient and the people there are super friendly. The owner was very responsive to all my questions before we arrived. Check out the outdoor patio at the restaurant for great drinks, food and nightly activities. On Fridays, there is a Farmers Market out front and the food vendors are wonderful...especially the fresh fish guy. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and very nice accommodations.

Burnt store marina

Had a great time, great place for two people. Mike was great with communicating. The condo is on the marina side, a couple of the pictures made it seem like it was pool side. We were happier it wasn't. Had views of the sunrise & sunset from the lani. Quite place, we are in our 50's and we were the young ones. The restaurant next door has entertainment that was great! We are planning on seeing if the property is available again next year when we travel to Florida.I will gladly recommend this to anyone traveling in the area, unless it's the same time we want it lol

Nice place to stay

We stayed here for a week. We enjoyed our time at the condo. Neighbors were all very friendly. I’m not sure where the heated pool or hot tub were, because we never found them. We did have fun however! Our waitress at the Restaurant our last night there however was not very good. Seemed to cater more to the regulars and forgot about us. I had to ask the hostess for our check. Just FYI, nothing about the property was a bad experience!

For a post hurricane property it was in decent shape. We had a good time and the amenities were adequate. The condo unit could have used a good and thorough cleaning prior to our arrival.

Nice, clean condo.

We had a great time on this trip! Didn’t really spend much time in the condo, but it’s location and proximity to everything was perfect for us! Mike did a great job communicating and checked in on us periodically to make sure everything was perfect. The only thing that wasn’t mentioned, is that the fitness center is an additional cost. Not really a big deal, because we spent most days on the road house shopping and checking out the area. Just wanted to mention it for future renters.

Unexpected change

We arrived at 8pm to enter our rented condo with a marina view but instead we were surprised with a pool/parking lot view. When I called the owner, Mike, he informed us he had water damage in the originally rented condo the week prior. We were not made aware of the condo change until we arrived. The condo we were given was very nice however we felt this issue should have been communicated to us prior to arrival. According to the owner the damage happened the week before, this would have allowed us time to agree to change condos or cancel and rent elsewhere.

Terrible experience

We arrived to check in and someone answered the door to the condo and said it was her place. We were shocked. She called the owner and then she took us upstairs to another condo, not the one we had rented on the 1st floor. We had NO idea what was going on. The condo was not very clean, it was hot and not ready. We could NOT get a hold of the owner. He wouldn't answer the phone. There were NO check out information, just the worst experience. We would NEVER rent from that man again.

Great place, with amazing views of the harbor. Right next to a large majority or the Marina amenities. Would definitely go back, Mike was great.
