Cynthia was very welcoming and answered our questions very timely. We really enjoy the Burnt Store Marina area. It is so pretty. The condo was very nice also.

Great stay

Liked the contactless check in upon arrival. Place was exactly as shown in the listing. It was a perfect location for our visit with friends in Punta Gorda. Would definitely love to stay again next year!

Perfect Marina-access spot in beautiful community

My father spent a month in this convenient, clean condo. It was great for access to Marina bar and restaurant as well as the community golf course.

Beautiful area

Amazing place. If you like the Marina life it’s definitely for you. I found some great fishing spots and caught Tarpon , black drum , Jack. Only thing to consider is it’s somewhat isolated? No Dominos haha, but I stayed a while and loved it.

The clean and comfortable condo is located near the marina with an outdoor pool. Close to a walking path, plus two places to eat within walking distance, convenient in-unit laundry, and ample free parking.

Great location, next to restaurant. Loved balcony. we never cooked. Not much storage in kitchen for groceries. Loved the bed, closet and a super shower. Loved the pool also. Parking a breeze.

Nice condo in Burnt Store Marina

Very nice condo. Very clean. Had most of the basics, but bring shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Had plenty towels and kitchen items. Overall a nice place to stay. Good communications with the host.

Recent stay

We stayed 5 nights in the condo, which was clean and comfortable. The location was great for us. The owner was very responsive to questions/ requests. The only glitch was a malfunctioning door lock - a bit difficult to use and didn’t always work properly ( as in unlocking after we left!) We were able to enter with the owner remotely opening the door and then had no difficulty entering after that. It sounds like they are planning on replacing the lock soon.

Nice area

We enjoyed our stay at the Keel Club. The neighbors are very enjoyable and made us feel welcome. The condo is comfortable for 2. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Communication with the owner was excellent. We were surprised how far away from shopping and restaurants we were. We like to eat out often when we are away. There is only one here. It is next to the condo, which is convenient. Other dining is 20 ‐ 30 minutes away. So we cooked most every night. This means you have to go food shopping and get all the ingredients. If we had known ahead of time we could have brought food. That's why I mention it. Overall it was a fun place. Nice community with lots of activity.

Thank you for your kind review. We are sorry that you were unaware of the other two dining options within Burnt Store Marina as well as the two restaurants just a few miles away. On the property there are three restaurants: Cass Cay, Trading Post and Linkside Cafe. We will be updating our listing as well as the information packet we send to reflect this information. We do leave information within the unit as well but the season is very busy and the flyers etc that we leave tend to go missing .

Burnt Store Marina stay

The best part was the shower. That was nice. The unit was clean, so that was important. I didn't like that we couldn't operate the shade on the lanai because the battery was dead. A light was burned out in the bedroom and there were no spare bulbs. I suggest also to have a couple night lights, possibly to have in the hallway and bedroom. The air conditioning wasn't working properly for over a day. The tech did come when he was supposed to, and had it fixed in minutes. He said it was a common problem in this building.

We are so sorry that the lanai shade was inoperable during your stay. As we discussed, the battery needed was not one available in most stores. We did offer to have our cleaning person find a replacement but per your wishes, since it was Sunday, we did not schedule this. Since you had a couple of issues with the unit, we did personally come and inspect it after your departure. We did find the replacement bulbs under the sink rather than in the laundry room as they usually are. When guests stay for long periods of time they tend to move items around to meet their storage needs. We apologize that you were unable to find them and using one of the bulbs from the multi-light tall floor lamp as a temporary solution was not satisfactory. We have provided additional supply of lightbulbs and placed in laundry room for future guests. To clarify regarding the air conditioner, the company that came to service the system provides service to most of the Keel Club. We clarified that the comment was that it was a common problem with all A/C Units especially after a long period of hot weather. There is not an an issue with the building.
