Enjoy the ease and comfort of resort living at this lovely Miramar Beach condo in the Surfside Resort. You'll have a private balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico, a fully equipped kitchen and living space, and wonderful shared amenities that include an outdoor pool and sun deck, a hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, a fitness center, and a sky bridge that leads to the beach!

What's nearby:
The white sand beach and emerald Gulf waves are just a quick walk over the resort sky bridge, where you'll also find two complimentary beach chairs. When you're not boogie boarding and sunbathing, you can spend your afternoons shopping at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets (two miles northeast) and Destin Commons (four miles west). Sit down for dinner at The Royal Palm at the resort, which offers great window seating at sunset, or head over to one of the beachside restaurants nearby to get a bite to eat with incredible views.

Great Vaca property

This condo was the perfect location, short walk to the beach. Clean and nicely decorated. We had an issue with the AC not working on one side of the condo and they brought us a portable AC that did the job. Would definitely stay here again:)

We loved the view and access to the beach right across the street. Master bed is very comfortable. Artwork on the wall was nice to look at. Has what you need to cook or heat up food(oven mits are needed, had to use a towel.) Nice balcony. Loved the tile in the master bath shower. Quiet floor compared to other floors in the building.

found this spot in short notice and found it to be the perfect answer. Great location to beach and local dining and shopping. It was very comfortable and spacious for 2-4 people. The space was as advertised but I found the floors sandy (not perfect cleaning) if you walked barefoot on the tile floors. we would consider staying here again if there was a need.

Unit is beautiful!!! Furniture has been updated in living area. Master mattress was a little uncomfortable but other than that everything was perfect! We spent a lot of time on the balcony with wonderful views. We will definitely be back to this unit!

Great for small family

It was convenient for the whole family. Comes with chairs and umbrella at beach. Restaurant had amazing food and staff. Pool and 2 hot tubs was a plus. View from the condo was perfect for morning breakfast and coffee on balcony. Washer and dryer in condo. Only down fall is waiting for elevator.

We love the set up of the rooms. They were clean and nice too. We will return. Our only advice is that the elevators were slow and didnā€™t seem safe, and also the umbrella staff at the beach could be a little less rude.

Wonderful condo with everything you need!

This was our third time staying at this unit. The view is spectacular, comfy beds, open kitchen with all the essentials, great access to the beach and pool/hot tubs. The only issue is the living room furniture. It has a loveseat and 2 small chairs. None of the living furniture is very comfortable. Would be nice if they upgraded the couch and chairs. We will be back next year!

Awesome!

We had the best time during our stay. The room is exactly as pictured or maybe even better. The resort facilities are awesome and having the chairs included was so nice. The best part about our stay was the service. Malinda reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed for our late check-in and even helped us book an extra night when we wanted to extend our stay. Will definitely go through Vacasa again and will absolutely stay in Surfside 1206 again.

Love the proximity to the beach, restaurants and pool/hot tub. Outlets malls are within walking distance. Condo was clean, nice, and very well kept. Only issue was that the door knobs kept falling off on two doors. Check in was almost great, with the exception of having the correct code to enter the mailbox for late arrivals. Made a call and was given the correct code. I would recommend this condo.
