Lakefront home with Beach on the side in Kendall that’s Spacious, Clean and Designed for Extra Comfortable Sleeping. Located in an extremely safe family friendly neighborhood with playground. I live in the same neighborhood with my family and love it here. Very desirable location, central to attractions/highways and walking distance from a lot. High Quality Beds, Super Fast Internet, Fully Stocked Kitchen. Peaceful back yard with lake (about a mile around so great for sunset walks) that has lots of ducks, turtles, large iguanas, Ibis and egrets- (no snakes or gators!).

Perfect location just off turnpike exit and across from a shopping center with a 24hr Walgreens, Publix Grocery Store, tons of fantastic restaurants (Italian, Chinese, Cuban, Peruvian, Barbecue), amazing fresh fish market, Killer Melts (grilled cheese everything), DollarTree, Starbucks, Smoothie/Juice shop, Cold Stone Ice cream, Bonefish Grill, Pizza, KFC, Sub shop, Latin restaurants, etc... all just across the street (quick walk)! We’re also walking distance from an 80’s style quad Roller Rink and a really great Arcade if you have kids or are nostalgic (they have all the original arcade games).

There’s a fenced in side yard that can accommodate a trailer, RV, boat etc. Also a guest parking lot on side of house that always has plenty of parking available.

The home is set up with 1 queen bed in every bedroom however the master bedroom has 2 queen mattresses stacked on top of each other so they can be separated and there’s plenty room for both in the spacious master bedroom. The couch in living room also has a pullout queen bed if a 5th is needed and there’s blow up beds in the closet as well as cribs/packn’plays.

4 TVs (1 in every bedroom and living room) with basic cable and Netflix, 100mps business class super high speed internet.

The master bedroom has a computer desk. The house has a brand new AC system and ceiling fans in every room as well. Every room also has a large closet with plenty of hangers provided and a dresser for additional clothing storage.

Full kitchen with all the pots pans, cookware/utensils, toaster, blender, coffee maker, kettle, rice cooker, foreman grill, etc if you want to cook.

Full size dishwasher and clothing washer and dryer in home.

There’s a 4 seat dining table right by kitchen and a 6 seat dining table in living room, so can seat 10 people dining inside. There’s another 6 seat table on patio and bench. The couch is extremely large and can easily sit 8 people.

We’ve provided 14+ pillows and 14+full size towels and lots of all the other sizes as well… extra pillowcases, extra sheet sets for beds and blankets. There’s also an iron with full size board, hair dryer, and all the other essentials.

Home is child friendly, there’s a neighborhood playground just steps away. We also provide 2 packn’play cribs, a high chair, children’s books, and sand toys.

There’s room for 3 cars in driveway and there’s plenty more parking spaces on the side of property.

We are located 5 minutes away from Miami Dade College, 5 minutes from Tamiami airport, 15min away from Baptist Hospital, 15min to the fair and expo grounds, 15min to FIU, 15min to ZooMiami, 20min from Miami airport, 20min to Everglades /Miccosukee/airboat rides/shark valley/ gator parks, 30min to downtown Miami, 35min to SouthBeach, 30min to Key Biscayne and 30min to Key Largo.
