Lakeside Miami, Designed for Superior Comfort, close to everything Kendall

This is a blackmail review. Nothing in it is about this home. The home is exactly as pictured. If you see this place listed on other platforms I use more you’ll see consistent all 5 star reviews (over dozens of stays). Even this guest said the home was “absolutely beautiful” after day 1 check in. There’s obviously no mold or bugs... The washer and dryer are brand new LG and located in laundry room, not rusty shed. The walls/doors/trim are freshly painted, and I have a top notch cleaning team (after going through many who weren’t up my standards) that literally scrubs floors on hands and knees. I live just down the street and this house is beautiful inside and out and in a very safe family neighborhood. This guest had plans change and had to return home and threatened to leave a nasty review if I didn’t give her the amount of refund she desired. VRBO decided on no refund since the issue wasn’t with the place but with her plans, then she decided to try something else to get a full refund. I made her a very generous offer but she still left the black mail review. Now she’s contacted me saying if I pay up she’ll delete it. So she made it as nasty as she could to try to convince me it’d be worth the loss of my whole month of Feb not to have this review here. Thank you for your review and feedback. We corrected the issue with the broken support on the one bed as soon as you notified us and added extra supports as well. We put a lot of effort into having quality beds and bedding to create a comfortable sleep environment for guests. The master bed is a Tempurpedic brand Cloud Luxe with remote controlled adjustable base, a $7,000 bed that my husband and I have decided is the only mattress we ever want to sleep on. We have a king one in our home and a queen in our vacation rental. Soft memory foam beds aren’t for everyone though. My mother in law prefers firmer spring mattress’s for her back, so we have a firm mattress in one guest room for people like her. There’s a memory foam topper there that can be added to it if no one in your party prefers firm. The other guest bedroom has a high end extra thick plush pillow top mattress that’s listed as medium but it’s pretty soft too. Ive had guests buy the same bed after staying with us. We have all different types of pillows and beds to try to meet everyone’s needs as everyone has different sleep preferences. I do the majority of my bookings on the main competitor site and if you find me there you can see how many people have complemented the high end beds. I respect your feedback but want to clarify as no cost was spared on making this vacation rental top notch in comfort.
