Lakefront home w/Beach in Kendall that's Spacious, Clean and Designed for Extra Comfortable Sleeping. Located in a very safe, family friendly neighborhood w/playground. I live in the same neighborhood & love it here. New AC+fans in all rooms. Peaceful back yard on lake that has lots of ducks, turtles, iguanas, ibis and egrets (no snakes/gators). About a mile around, it’s perfect for sunset walks. Very desirable location, central to attractions/highways and walking distance from a lot. High Quality Beds, Super Fast Internet, Fully Stocked Kitchen.

The home is set up with 1 queen bed in each of the 3 bedrooms. There are also 2 extra queen beds (one stacked under another mattress and the sofa pullout) and a twin blow-up that can be utilized to meet different needs. Master bedroom has a new Tempurpedic Cloud Luxe (softest they make) on an adjustable remote controlled base (head & foot adjust up and down). This is a $7,000 bed! The second bedroom also has a memory foam high quality queen bed. The third bedroom has a pillow top medium soft mattress with a firmer inner spring queen mattress beneath it. You are welcome to separate the beds if you want a firm mattress or need an extra bed. There’s a queen bed sofa pullout that has a memory foam topper to make it more comfortable (the extra mattress might be more comfortable for 2 adults or heavier people though). There’s also a twin self inflating blow up bed there.

There’s a fenced in side yard that can accommodate a trailer, RV, boat etc. Also a guest parking lot on side of house that always has plenty of parking available.

Perfect location just off turnpike exit and across from a shopping center with a 24hr Walgreens, Publix Grocery Store, many fantastic restaurants (Barbecue, Cuban, Chinese, Peruvian, Italian), amazing fresh fish market, Killer Melts (everything grilled cheese), a DollarTree, Starbucks, Smoothie/Juice shop, Cold Stone Ice cream, Bonefish Grille, Pizza, KFC, Sub shop... etc, all just across the street (quick walk) away. We’re also walking distance from an 80’s style quad Roller Rink and a really great Arcade if you have kids or are nostalgic (they have all the original arcade games).

There are 3 large TVs with basic cable and Netflix, and 100mps (business class) super high speed internet.
Large Gym grade elliptical machine in living room so you can watch tv and workout.
Dining room has huge table that can seat 8 (removable leafs if you want to make smaller) and another 3 seats right across at kitchen bar. Backyard also has a large table with 6 seats, a smaller table with 4 seats and a rocking chair.
Full kitchen with all the pots, pans, cookware/utensils, toaster, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, food processor etc if you want to cook. There’s also a bbq/smoker on patio.

We’ve provided 14+ pillows and 14+ full size towels and lots of all the other sizes as well… extra pillowcases, extra sheet sets for beds and blankets. There’s also an iron with full board, clothes steamer, hair dryer, handicap shower seat, optional nonslip shower mats, floor fan (in addition to ceiling fans in every bedroom and living room) and all other essentials provided.

Home is child friendly, there’s a neighborhood playground just steps away. We provide 2 packnplay cribs, a high chair, children’s books and sand toys. There’s also a fold up hard vinyl table topper for the dining room table that could be helpful if kids want to do art projects on table.

We are located 5 minutes away from Miami Dade College, 5 min away from Tamiami airport, 10 min from a huge outlet mall, 15 min away from Baptist Hospital, 15min to the fair and expo grounds, 15min to FIU, 15min to ZooMiami (top 10 zoo in US), 20min to Miami airport, 20min to Everglades /Miccosukee/airboat rides/shark valley/ gator parks, 30min to downtown Miami, 35min to SouthBeach, 30min to Key Biscayne and 30min to Key Largo. 40 min to Ft Lauderdale.
