Perfect beach getaway for couples

Very clean, modern, and well stocked with everything we needed. We loved that beach chairs and umbrella were provided. The screened in porch with a pool right outside the door was a big plus especially in the mornings with coffee. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Awesome location and even more awesome hosts!!!

Had a great time at this location. Hosts were very helpful and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked extremely well. If there was a way to give more than 5 stars, I would for this location and hosts. Thanks Abby and Bob!!

Wonderful Cozy Spot

This was a wonderful spot. The apartment had everything we needed including comfortable beach chairs and umbrella with backpack straps. It was a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Abby and Bob were so helpful with recommendations. We would love to return to this Beach Get away!

10yr Anniversary Getaway

Our original reservation cancelled and we were lucky to find this one to keep all our previous plans. Bob & Abby gave us great recomendations to visit and the house was stocked with everything you may need for a trip to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen and all beach and pool amenities you may need.

Very Comfortable & Spacious Cottage (w/ Tasteful & Contemporary Decor)

This was our first time using VRBO & we were very pleasantly surprised!The cottage is beautiful, very clean & smelled great!The pictures actually don’t do it justice!It was even nicer in person.The bed was very comfortable(which was so nice after a very long 13 hr drive to get to the property).Not too hard & not too soft (just rt)!The Kitchen was absolutely beautiful!Wish my kitchen was that nice at home actually!We loved the large private (screened in)patio just for us, w/ it’s own big tv,comfy chair/couch & table to sit outside.It was great to be able to leave the beach chairs(beach items)on the enclosed patio & not have to pull it thru the cottage avoiding tracking in sand.The pool was just outside the door of the enclosed patio & was so relaxing.We felt so lucky to have it rt there & not having to worry abt lots of ppl being in the pool(bc of wanting to social distance).The beach is not far from the cottage which was nice too!We decided to drive to “Dune Allen Beach” (not too far)to get beach access bc it didn’t require going up & down lots of stairs.Plus it was easier for social distancing there as well.We even found a flat beach area/path(far rt side of the parking lot)to pull our lil wagon w/ beach items in it.Especially when we had a cooler & “Easy up” canopy we decided to take to the beach.The cottage is not a far driving distance to restaurants, grocery store & places for entertainment.It’s a great location bc you can drive to Seaside, Destin & Panama City Beach(yet not be in a heavily populated area w/ lots of tourists or spring breakers).It’s tucked away in a quiet, peaceful residential area.Yet if you want to venture out to where there’s lots to do, you can def get there w/ in 15-30 min drive(depending on your destination).The full size/heavy duty washer/dryer in the bathroom was very convenient too!Next time I know we won’t have to pack so much clothing(bc of how nice & clean our clothes/towels were after washing & drying them).They even provided starter items in the bathroom, kitchen & laundry room!Plus nice bath & beach towels!The hosts are so kind & thoughtful!They were there to greet us initially upon chk in(then they gave us our privacy to get settled in & enjoy)!They let us know if we needed something important they were avail, but we also had plenty of privacy(which was important to us).One day we were there it was a stormy day & we just stayed inside & relaxed. We LOVED every day! What a Blessing to stay @ this hidden gem!

Great Place

Everything about this booking was outstanding. All communication with the host was simple and complete. Upon arrival the hosts were very thorough in explaining the use of the various TVs and cable system, locations of towels, paper products and other extras. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. A great place to stay.

Perfect host and accommodations

This truly is a high end rental at a reasonable price. It feels like a luxury resort, swimming pool, hot tub, sound system, screened porch, nice linens and towels. I of course would love to be on the ocean, but in this cottage, lol. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

Highly Recommend!

Abby and Bob were great hosts! The condo was very well stocked and they provided us with the use of their pool, hot tub and fire pit. Abby is a hair stylist and I was even able to get a haircut! We will definitely consider returning! Denny and Gail Lombardi Green,Ohio

Great location. Very nice and clean.... BUT!!!!!

Cleanest property that we have ever rented. Great location, great accommodations, super nice host(s).......However; privacy was and issue. Business customers of the owners in home business would stop by and use the pool/property unannounced. Once using the pool (we happened to be there at this particular time) and it appeared that someone used the gas grill when we were not present. That could have been dangerous situation.

Happy you enjoyed your stay. We also live in the main house and my family and I use the pool, hot tub and also we do some grilling. I’. I did list that it’s a shared property. So sorry for the misunderstanding.

Honeymoon stay was amazing!

My husband and I stayed a week for our honeymoon. The owners were absolutely fantastic and we had a wonderful time. The location is great—easy to walk to the beach and access a ton of great restaurants. The pool was a nice and quiet hangout too, especially when the weather was iffy! Would definitely stay again!

Rest and Relaxation for sure! We loved the hot tub and pool and quiet area, yet just a short walk to the beach and other family members. Wonderful hosts!! Couldn’t ask for anything better. We loved it so much that we have booked for next year!

Excellent VRBO stay!

This little treasure proved to be so much more than we expected! The hosts' attention to every little detail was exemplary, from the soft towels to the kitchen pots and pans! The location is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome place!

Awesome hosts! The place was very clean and super nice on a beautiful property. Came stocked with everything you might need - shampoo, toothpaste, laundry soap, spices, popcorn, coffee, etc. Great location just a short walk from the beach. They even gave us access to their pool, hot tub, and BBQ. Made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again! 😊

The cottage was a home away from home. The owners thought of everything, if something was left at home it was there in the cottage already. The couple are the kindest and most accommodating people I have met. Pool was perfect size for my wife and I. Just a few blocks from the beach. Absolutely the most perfect place to stay! My wife and I will be staying here anytime we go to the Destin/Santa Rosa area.

Beautiful cottage and spotless!

Great cottage that seems way bigger than advertised. We loved the patio and pool. Owners were so willing to help, guide us to great food and activities. Getting to the ocean requires a hill and a flight of steps so carrying chairs, cooler, and umbrella would be a task. We used beach service. Fair price- best beach food is in this area. Ocean was amazing! We will return!

Beautiful Cottage

We had a wonderful week at the beach. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. The pictures do not do it justice. Abby went above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. The cottage was well stocked with paper goods, soaps and anything you could possibly need. She was gracious enough to allow use to have our grandchildren swim in the pool. Excellent place to stay!
