The property was old needed some cleaning linens were stained in both bedrooms. We talked to the property manager and they brought us sheets immediately. The refrigerator was held closed by the door knob to the outside door. Description said the beach was one minute away this was not accurate it was about a 6 min walk.

Loved this location and great apartment

Stayed here with our family for my birthday trip and we loved it. Bed was great and people were so kind. The kitchen is stocked with dishes pots and but prepare to buy all oil spices etc if you plan to cook. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Coral Reed apartments. The only downside was that the beds and couches were uncomfortable. The location and staff were amazing

Excellent affordable long stay

Our long stay at Coral Reef was excellent because of the service. Alexandra and Bruno, together with their staff, took care of even the most minute details making it seamless to us.

Good for the money

It is not the Ritz, but it is next to it. We only needed for 1 night prior to our cruise. We had 4 adults and the room had 2 bedrooms. It is the bare minimum.

Nice place

The apartment is in a good location and the roomare spacious. Comfortable beds. Minor problems: thereā€™s not enough pots and pans to cook, there was no microwave oven in our room and no baking trays use in the oven.

Definitely staying here again! Our plane was delayed, there was no way to know that they would unlock our condo and put my name and number on the office door. Yikes!! A text would have been better. Regardless I like the condo so much, that we booked to return in December Now that we understand the process weā€™re looking forward to returning.

Don't Stay Here

The bathrooms were unusable. Never saw anything like it. They should not be able to list this property. There was NO commutation with this location. The plane was landing when they finally confirmed our booking. Don't stay here.

Great place

I really loved staying there. The people were incredibly nice and incredibly helpful. The area is gorgeous and very exclusive. My only downside was that we had to leave early because our flight got moved up. I was not happy with the way we may have left the room when we left because we had to leave very early in the morning. I only wish I couldā€™ve left at the time and clean a little bit better The people there are very very helpful and good people I will be back

Great location

This was a great location. Communication was a little hard. I got voicemail for a couple weeks when I had a question, but when I did talk to them, they were always very pleasant. Similar for check-in. But when we ask for a late check out their really kind about it. The place itself wasnā€™t exactly like the picture. There were many condos pictured and this one particular one was a little stark Compared to picturesā€¦ But the location was amazing. And it was very clean.

Bait and switch photos. No one will pick up your calls. Booked a multi room apartment and it was a lofted 1 bedroom with cockroaches everywhere. Itā€™s seriously a total scam. And they know it. Thatā€™s why itā€™s impossible to contact them.

This listing is misleading as it is a rented apartment basically with others living in the building. Towels were scarce (no washcloths) and no house keeping services. We checked for bugs and there was none (thank goodness). My sonā€™s pillows had dark hair all over it like it hadnā€™t been changed from that last tenant. Overall, it was ok but would not stay there again.

booking was easy. trying to get a hold of property manager two days before arrival was not possible. no answer, message box was full. left us uneasy that we would have a place to stay that weekend.Check-in was very quick. the apartment, well, it needs some love. although some upgrades were done in the kitchen, the rest needs updates, from furniture to both bathrooms being gutted and colored paint would be a plus to warm up the place. there is lots of potential as the rooms are a good size. that's why is was ok.

We always have a great time in Key Biscayne, however, I think the property could use some TLC. Fix the drawers in the kitchen. Add some more furniture in the living room. Fix the ceiling in the master bathroom. Change out the shower rod and the water heads.

there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, I have pictures showing how dirty it was throughout. balcony door did not lock. hair dryer didn't work although they brought us a hand dryer. I paid roughly $500 a night. property definitely not worth $500 a night. I am requesting partial refund

Stayed for 3 nights. It was very nice to have an early check in! You just have to text Alexandra, the innkeeper. The room wasnā€™t as expected though. We booked a 2 floor 2 bedroom apartment, but we were offered one floor one. The unit faced the pool so that was nice. Iā€™d say overall stay was ok. Definitely not enough towels - you have to text and ask for more each time- and they were brought only once in 3 days. The property itself pretty outdated. The bathrooms donā€™t lock; rust on fixtures, appliances; floors were so dirty upon check-in we had to wash them. The couch in the living room isnā€™t meant for sleeping at all - very uncomfortable! The area was nice nearby although we didnā€™t like the beach nearby - itā€™s just a stretch of sand and is super crowded! With Ritz guests occupying most of the area- so confused walking to find a spot.

No communication from host. No towels or wash cloths available. The stove did not work and the place was dirty. They came knocking on the door to tell me it was time to check out without ever addressing any of my issues. Vrbo did reach out to me. Horrible host. Horrible place to stay.

Excellent Location/Substandard Units

Dirty, in need of paint, no prior notice that there would be no housekeeping, fresh linens or towels. Had to buy our own toilet paper and paper towels and wash our own kitchen towels. We had four adults and there are only four forks. Did not have a full set of pans. Coffee pot was a 4 cup sizeTried to call prior to arrival on three different days and went to voicemail that stated voicemail was full. Emailed and received no response. Patio faces parking lots which was noisy and dirty. The wonderful thing about this property is the beach access. Accommodation are 1 star. If you can do your own cleaning and bring your own linens and spend your time enjoying the beach and surrounding area it is worth it.
