This CORNER unit is on the FIRST FLOOR WITH NO NEIGHBORS and is located on a quite street, a short walk from the beach. The unit is a two bedrooms, Two bathroom THAT HAS BEEN COMPLETELY RENOVATED in 2016 EVERYTHING NEW. in relaxing beach motif. The apartment also has a large comfortable living room with flat screen TV, DVD, 2 comfortable rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large outdoor private terrace where you can, relax and enjoy the peace and quite. The condominium has just gone through a major renovation of private pool & common areas in 2018/2019.

Really close by is the beach, where you will have the sand at your feet and the soft sound of the ocean helping you relax. Lunch can be enjoyed at the near by beach club, Ritz Carlton or in the village at the famous Sir Pizza.

Key Biscayne has so much to offer the whole family including golf at the Links one of the best courses in Miami, tennis at the Crandon Park Tennis Center (where the Sony Ericsson is played), the Miami Sea Aquarium home of the killer whale, charter boat fishing, wind surfing, site seeing, hiking, bike rentals, and miles of bike paths to take you throughout the island.

At the end of the island you have the beautiful light house, which overlooks the famous beach where the sea turtles come to shore to deliver their eggs. Amazing.

Wonderful & private

My family had a great time in this well appointed condo, the proximity to the beach is as described and only a 4-5 minute walk. The patio is private with all of the lush plants and the pool area was never crowed with only 1 or 2 other guests some of the time; side note -the little orange flowers that blow around by the pool area were really pretty

Restful and Relaxing

The property is furnished in fun beach decor and has a light and airy feel to it. It is a short walk to a very beautiful beach and many nice restaurants. Highly recommend it!

The best beach stay!

This place was clean, easy to find, and only 4 minutes walk from the beach! Such a beautiful and quiet area. We did travel into the city one night and as should be expected, traffic was really terrible, so not the easiest for accessing the things in the city but if you are looking for a spot with access to gorgeous beaches that is quiet and relaxing this is it!! Host was communicative and great to work with.

Perfect for families

We are a family of 5 with kids from 2-11. We had plenty of space and really liked the location. The beach is a block away which was fantastic. Close to great food, groceries, cvs. We loved the patio and the kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was great here.

Clean and Comfortable with short walk to best beach

Easy to find and access with direction from owner. Actual living area very nice. Kitchen had basics to fix easy breakfasts and restaurant leftovers. No view at all but amazing access to best beach around with friendly people all around. Family friendly area. Comfortable place to return to each evening.

Loved it

We absolutely loved our stay at Rickā€™s place. He was super easy to communicate with. The unit is gorgeous. We were there on Christmas Day, and the kitchen was a pleasure to use. Very nice high end appliances and everything you could possibly need. We love Key Biscayne and come once or twice a year. We will be back!

KB March Break

We had a fantastic stay at this unit. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels and sheets. TV and WIFI access. Very easy access to the beach just a short walk away. Ground level unit with a parking spot just steps away. Pool was heated and great to use. We spent 7 nights here, with our 4 kids. Great neighborhood; quiet and safe. Definitely will repeat next year!

Beautiful condo and a great location in Key Biscayne

The only reason the review is not 5 stars is the exterior of the building was under construction during our visit. The owner alerted us that there were delays to the building construction prior to our arrival so it wasn't a total surprise. The condo itself was very nice and was perfect for our family of 3. Our daughter loved the room with bunk beds and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms and laundry in the unit. It is on a nice quiet street and an easy walk to the beach. The exterior work looked like it should be done soon so I would anticipate a 5 star rental for anyone looking for a great spot in Key Biscayne in the future.

Sisters Getaway

It was a good stay for what we needed... three sisters ages 49-55... Great location and the beautiful private beach access was a highlight. We did have an issue with the top bunk not having a bunk board to support the mattress from the rails underneath, but fortunately the sofa was a pullout that my sister used instead so it worked out. The owner was responsive to our questions and provided good information. A good value.

Great spot!

Great location on Key Biscayne, super close to the beach! The apartment is set up to ensure a wonderful vacation (well-stocked kitchen, towels) with lots of thoughtful touches. Weā€™ve stayed all over the Key and this is our favorite spot.

Perfect for what we needed

A few friends and I stayed here to attend a wedding at the ritz Carlton. The unit was located a short walk along the beach to the ritz Carlton so the location was perfect for us. Rick was very easy to get a hold of and answered last minute questions very quickly. His place had everything anyone could possibly need. It felt very much like a lived in and loved home. I would definitely recommend ricks place.

Great Stay, Great Location, Great Lodging

This unit was exactly what our family needed for our stay in Key Biscayne. We have a family of six...2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 younger kids. The 2 younger kids slept on the bottom bunk, 1 teen on the top bunk, and 1 teen on the fold out couch. My wife and I slept in the master bedroom. With 6 of us, it was close quarters, but that is what we wanted on our family trip. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed...washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms, towels, bedding, updated kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, etc. The unit is also a very short walk to the beach. If you are not in the mood for the beach, the building has a small pool, which we used and enjoyed. A Winn Dixie grocery store and other retail and restaurants are also a short walk or car ride away. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, would definitely book again, and recommend for anyone needing a place to stay in Key Biscayne.

Key Biscayne is an amazing place. It has beautiful beaches, an amazing golf course, great fishing charters, great food, incredible tennis center (where the Sony Erickson is held). It is quite and relaxing with a lot of things to do for the whole family.
