This is a fabulous condo with majority of prior reviews 5 star. It is exactly as advertised. There are 3BR/3BA on main level with 4th BR in loft area accessed by spiral staircase. Accommodations in loft area include queen sleeper sofa & queen murphy cabinet bed. The golf cart was left in charging position in preparation for guest arrival. When the charging cord was pulled out it resulted in a broken wire. For this reason it could not charge. Request for service was submitted promptly but this guest was only there for two days. Golf carts are great but like any other equipment despite routine maintenance they occasionally break down. It is disappointing that they then become the central focus of what could be a fabulous vacation.

While we are pleased to learn our wonderful property manager was quick to respond to your inquiry about the coffee maker and deliver a brand new one that same day, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused! We also apologize if the cleanliness of our villa was not satisfactory; we take this very seriously and have addressed this issue with our housekeeping department. Please note that if you choose to return (and we hope you do!!), we are always willing to send a member of our housekeeping team to your location to address any issues you may find and ensure you are completely satisfied!
