Great Water Views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The is a great unit with very nice and relaxing views. The golf cart was great to go the beach, dinner, and the grocery store.

Beauty and Serenity

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Simply AWESOME! The property was just as described. It was immaculate and the view was absolutely amazing; so peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We even enjoyed the fireworks display from the balcony. The grounds are absolutely well maintained. The resort area was very safe and secure. We only left the resort once as there was no need to because we rode the very fancy golf cart all over the resort area to shop go to the beach, nightlife activities, visit the marina, and to dine. The Harborwalk was within a short driving distance from the resort and we enjoyed visiting there. As if that weren't enough, the manager Ms. Marianna is such a beautiful spirited person. She was available immediately when we needed any assistance and did so without hesitation and with a smile on her face. My husband and I both felt she was EXCELLENT at her job. I'm only sorry I forgot to leave the card on the kitchen counter which I intended to leave for her. I wish I had an address which I could send it to her to show appreciation.

This home is perfect! It was a wonderful way to relax and enjoy our family after the hectic holidays. The home was well appointed and had everything we needed to cook delicious meals while overlooking the manicured golf course and beautiful water. The golf cart was an added bonus, and it allowed us to shop nearby without using our car. We look forward to staying here again!

The place was just like the pictures. The only negative is how close the outside deck is to the neighbors- not a lot of privacy. Some updates might be needed: the master shower was hard to figure out how to turn on (loose faucet), the master headboard needs tightening (hits wall when roll over) and the mattress is hard, and the outside screen doors were hard to open and close. But the location is great. We love staying at the Sandestin.

Nice condo with great view for price

We stayed for 5 nights of spring break for reasonable price. The positives are: fantastic view, fun golf cart, well appointed, overall cute place, clean. Considerations for improvement: pillow options were just super big and firm; small space (couldn’t really use dining set); no coffee filters (we left for next guests ), washer and dryer are extremely loud, but hey we needed and used them!! Overall, nice place and we’d stay again!

Overall, great. Great location. Golf cart was very nice. A/C was cold. Would’ve received a perfect review but the vents in the bathrooms were quite dirty. 5-10 minutes spent on each vent for a little TLC would go a long way.

We stayed here for three nights before meeting our group of 10 here or our weeks vacation at a house on the beach.Our second time to rent through Russell vacations. They are very easy to work with and very accommodating.This unit is on the second floor, so be aware there are steps which isn’t bad was sort of inconvenient when checking in and carrying your luggage and everything upstairs.The unit is very clean. We loved the deck that overlooked the golf course and the bay area. We are big pickle Ballers so we went to the Sandestin tennis complex and played Pickleball every morning.We had an issue with the toilet and maintenance. Was there immediately and fix the issue.The beds were very comfortable. It would be nice in the secondary bedroom to have had a nightstand and lamp on each side of the bed.

A great place to stay if you are traveling with little ones. The view on the balcony every morning was amazingly beautiful. The manager Judy responds to you in a very timely manner. I didn’t have any issues.
