Terrific place to stay for our ski trip

We very much enjoyed the home. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. The hot tub on the back porch was a plus. It's easy access (a 3 min walk) to two shuttles to the base of the mountains. It's a short walk to the heart of the town with lovely shops, restaurants etc.

February in Breckenridge

My family and I stayed at this property during Valentines Day week. The accomodations were as advertised and was just a short walk to Main St. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to stay at this home again. Also, communications with the owner were fantastic before and during our trip. Thanks Omri!

Functional Home with Great Views & Location

The home was well setup for our group (4 adults + 2 kids) with separate sleeping areas and bathrooms for each. Home was well stocked for our stay. The views + location are superb with a full view of the ski area from the deck/hot tub and a short walk to town, markets, shuttles and sledding. Owner and property manager were communicative and easy to work with.

Fabulous place, close to town and private hot tub!

This property was absolutely great for our little family. Having a private hot tub was key, with two little ones that go to bed early - giving mom and dad some nice hot tub time without having to leave the property. The bedrooms separated on each floor gave a lot options and space that worked well for us. The location can't be beat! The owner was quick and responsive - a quality that is hard to find!

Ideal ski house

The house had an ideal layout for 3 beds where had their own bathroom. The view of the mountain was beautiful off the back porch. The location was great as we were able to walk into town (including with a 4 year old) in about 10 min. The owner and property manager were super easy to communicate with and everything was very clean and comfortable.

Relaxing in Breckenridge

My husband and I came to Breckenridge to have some time to relax after our daughter's wedding. This is the best VRBO experience we've ever had. The location is perfect - walking distance to Main Street and all the restaurants and shops that Breck has to offer. The house is immaculate and newly remodeled and the owner was amazing going above and beyond all of our needs. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful relaxing home overlooking the mountains

Absolutely loved this gorgeous home! The location is great and the home is clean. Thank you for letting me and my friends stay in your Breckenridge home. Enjoyed the mountain views from our bedroom and every room had a tv to relax and watch movies. Loved the kitchen too. Thanks plenty.

Perfect house!

This rental couldn’t have been more perfect! Great decor, very cozy and they have thought of everything; humidifiers, fans, blankets, board games - already there for you! Communication with the property owner was above and beyond. Very close to the slopes and shops! Highly recommend!

We love this house & location!

Our family had a WONDERFUL 5 week stay! The house is in a great location- walking distance to downtown, playgrounds, parks, the ice rink, & hiking trails! We could tell the kitchen had been recently renovated & was stocked with all the essentials. We spent many evenings in the hot tub & loved the views! The owner was always friendly & accommodating- quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Very kind! We highly recommend this house & will definitely be back!

Amazing Mountain Views

My family got together to celebrate my granddaughter’s 7th birthday and we chose to get away to Breck. The home we chose was perfect, with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom. All updated kitchen and bathrooms. Clean. Host was prompt at communication and responses when we needed anything. Amazing panoramic views of Breckenridge mountains with perfect golden aspens changing for Fall. I will definitely book again with Omri.

This home is an A++++.

This home is an A++++. Everything is perfect. Gorgeous views of the Breckenridge slops from the deck, kitchen, dining room, living room, and master bedroom. The views of the slopes in the moonlight from the hot tub are spectacular. Location was perfect for my family. Free bus to the slops just a few steps from front door. Friendly quiet neighborhood, walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. The layout of the home with essentially three master bedrooms and two family rooms was perfect for large family and the garage was an added bonus making storing ski gear easy. Thanks so much for sharing your palace.

Stop looking and BOOK IT!

We have been coming to Breckenridge the past three years and this house is in the absolute best location. We could walk to Carter park for sledding, walk to the ice skating rink and the Troll, walk to town and it was a short 5 minute drive to peak 9 where we always ski! If you don't want to drive, the trolley comes right by the house. Not to mention the views from every single window in this house are unreal! The pictures do not do it justice! On top of the amazing location the owner has to be one of the kindest and most helpful owners we have ever had the pleasure of booking with! You will not regret booking this amazing home! We will be back!

Impeccable Everything!

House was in amazing condition with comfortable beds, beautiful views, tons of space, and very well stocked. We had everything we needed for an amazing trip in a magical place. The views were amazing and we even had daily visits from a beautiful red fox outside and even a moose sighting! It is an easy walk to town and the slopes. The unit was spotless and everything worked perfectly. We enjoyed the awesome hot tub and even enjoyed the nice TV and sound system while relaxing by the fire. There is tons of space upstairs and down and the beds were very comfortable. The owner and management company were very communicative and everything was very easy to follow and worked as intended. Definitely would stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Perfect

First, the property is managed by PMI Breck, however, Omri the owner was in constant contact to make sure there were no issues, we got in alright, any questions, etc. Perfect host. Very clean. Perfect location. Can either take shuttle which is a 1 min walk to shuttle stop or walk through community path, easy walk. Hot tub was wonderful after each day's ski overlooking the slopes. The only FYI I would give to future renters, is that though there are two blue ray players, there are no movies, bring your own. Also, there was not a way we could find to get streaming services to use our own Netflix or Disney+ so we "borrowed" an HDMI cable from the downstairs blueray player and connect to my computer to stream. I would not take away any stars for this as the place is otherwise perfect but I do think renters should be aware just in case discs or streaming is needed. FYI played Candyland with our 17 yo. Hadn't played in YEARS. Wonderful fun. Lots of board games provided. If we return to Breck and place is avail, would absolutely be our first choice to re-stay.

Todd, thanks for taking the time to submit such a wonderful review. I am sorry that you had difficulty with the TV in the living room. I am somewhat surprised, since it is my understanding that it is a "smart" TV. Indeed, I know that we provide Netflix for visitors on that TV, and that you can access Netflix directly using the remote. As such, I assumed that you would be able to access other streaming services. In any event, I will be at the house in a few weeks and will look into this in person. At a minimum, I will put an HDMI cable so that visitors can easily connect their laptop to the TV. Take care, Omri

110% Worth Booking!!

We were super pleased with everything about our booking! From communication the home owner to the management company to the house itself, everything was spectacular. The home owner and the management company truly cared about us having a 5 star experience. The house itself was so amazing! The newly renovated kitchen and dining area were amazing to cook and eat in. The spacious living room was great for games with the kids and watching tv. The kids had their own space in the basement, with their own living room and TV, their own bathroom, and their own bedroom with a large bed and bunkbed. The two bedrooms upstairs were spacious and very comortable. The kitchen, dining area, master bedroom deck, and the deck w/ hot tub offered a spectacular view of the mountain. The hot tub was new and super nice! It’s always nice to have your own private hot tub in Breck! The garage was perfect for parking one car plus plenty of storage our skis and stroller. The location was super close and easy to get to the Quicksilver lift and to walk to downtown. The side of town where this house is located has very little traffic to contend with. Overall, this house is worth every penny to stay in. There was plenty of space for me, my wife, our 4 boys ages 3-9, and my wife’s parents. The size and location of the house is unmatched. We will be staying here again!

Great House, Host, & Location

Perfect house for 2 families of 4 skiing Breck for a few days. Layout makes it feel bigger than it's square footage. Three minute drive to the Village and easy walk to Main St. The host was overly communicative, in a good way, and made sure our every need was met. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place, great location

Had a great experience with this rental. The owner was so nice to deal with and so helpful. The location is great,’close to town and hiking. The hot tub was amazing and a great way to end our evenings. We slept into the upper bedroom and woke up to a view of the mountains every morning. The home was well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay.

End of Summer Breck Fun

Best location we have stayed at in many years of summer trips! Clean, updated wonderful home. The host was so easy to deal with. Enjoy amazing hikes from your front door or an easy stroll through town. This was a great trip!

Great place

The property is in a great location to walk to town. The check in process was easy and the house was great with a friendly helpful owner. We would stay here again next time we are in Breckenridge.

Breck is best!

Great stay- great location

We had a great stay here. I was a little worried it would be too small, we had a full 8, but the house is laid out perfectly for a group of adults and children. Separate sleeping spaces and en suite baths, plus separate hangout areas for adults and kids. East walk to downtown and a slightly less east walk to the lifts, but all and all an amazing trip, great location and a very helpful and attentive host. We will stay here again.
