Summary:
Welcome to our 4 bedroom mountain home with absolutely incredible views of the ski resort! The house has an amazing location. The gondola and all of the shops, restaurants and bars on Main Street are just half a mile away! While being close to everything, the privacy and spacious layout is ideal for enjoying a Breck vacation with family and friends. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests and has ample indoor and outdoor entertainment space to enjoy a vacation any time of the year!
The Space:
This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is spread out across five levels and can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. Incredible ski resort views can be captured from three different decks and a sun room. There is plenty of storage and closet space throughout the home.
The house has five levels with the following layout.
First floor (Lowest level):
Bedroom with king bed, en suite bathroom with shower/tub (access from the hallway as well), and a flat screen TV
Bunk bedroom with two sets of twin over full bunk beds and a flat screen TV
Common area with a couch that is a full-sized sleeper sofa
Access to the patio with ski resort views, outdoor furniture, and hot tub
Second floor (split-level):
Main entrance to the home with access to 2 separate one-car garages
Mudroom with plenty of space for shoes and gear and also comes with a drying fan
Half bathroom
Bedroom with queen bed, en suite bathroom with a shower/tub, and a flat screen TV
Third floor:
Living room with huge sectional sofa, large mounted TV, wood burning fireplace, board games and books
Sun room with full size sleeper sofa
Deck with outdoor dining table and great ski resort views
4th Floor:
Dining room with seating for 10
Deck with propane grill
Fully stocked kitchen including a popcorn maker
Washer & dryer
5th Floor
Bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, the outdoor patios, the garage, and the hot tub. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions a few days before their arrival through the booking platforms app or email.
The Neighborhood:
The Historic District in Breckenridge offers access to art, music, theater, and some of the best restaurants and bars in Breckenridge. The house is a half a mile from Main Street and the gondola.
Getting Around:
This home has an amazing location! The gondola, shops, restaurants and bars on French and Main Streets are one mile from the house. In the summer guests can walk from the home to Main Street. The Breckenridge Free Ride Bus is also an option for guests and there is a stop for the Purple Route at the intersection of Wellington Street and Gold Flake Terrace, about 2.5 blocks from the home. Uber/Lyft is also available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
