You won’t find a better location!

We lived in Tucson for many years, so coming back, we knew what parts of town we wanted to stay in. This VRBO is perfectly located just minutes away from one of the most beautiful national parks in southern Arizona, Sabino Canyon National recreation area. We took advantage of the locale frequently. A couple of great restaurants and a decent grocery store across the street. When I had a dental emergency, I even found a dentist within walking distance. Another plus to this unit is the nearly chef quality kitchen. If you enjoy cooking, this is a great unit for you. There were a few issues, but we communicated with the host who was very responsive. There’s no way to split the difference and give it a 4 1/2 or 4 3/4 star but that’s really what it deserves, a 4 is too low and it’s not quite a 5. Regardless we really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay there again.

An excellent one bedroom condo

A well appointed and equipped condo in a quiet area. There were plenty of linens and towels and the kitchen has everything you need to make just about anything. There is a grocery store located across the street as well as several restaurants.

Perfect location and condo

My husband and I needed a place to stay while our RV was getting maintenance work done on it. The application process was simple, and I heard back from the host within a few hours. The condo is well appointed, and has everything you could need. There was even an Instant Pot, which came in handy for making meals. There are two new dressers that were added while we were there, and they work great for additional storage space in the bedroom. The condo area is lovely, quiet and serene. The pool and hot tub are fabulous, and they have a nice workout facility which we also utilized. The location is very dog and pet friendly, with multiple waste bins and bags located around the property. Trash and recycling is close to the condo. The condo is located across the street from a grocery store, CVS, and several excellent restaurants (we highly recommend Inca's Peruvian Cuisine!). Sabino Canyon is less than 2 miles away, and the sunset on the mountains never failed to take our breath away. I would highly recommend the property and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Clean and open

What a treat to stay here! The property is clean and neat with everything a single person or couple would need. Super easy to walk across the street and get groceries or go to dinner. Owner was very easy to work with.

Beautiful condo in Tucson

My husband stayed here for a month while we were relocating to Tuscon for a new job. The condo was very comfortable and fully equipped. He loved that once he came home from work he could enjoy the gym and the pool. Also, good restaurants very close. Highly recommend!

Great!

Liked Condo and Owner so much, I stayed during Feb and Mar for 4 years. Beautiful property with pool and green space in front. Condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I can no longer climb the stairs sadly and will miss both in 2018.

Excellent location in Tucson.

All the room two people need for a two week stay. The whole facility was well maintained. Kitchen and bath were fully equipped. There was no dresser and only one nightstand and the queen bed in the bedroom. Living room furniture was sparse, one couch, one chair, one coffee table and the TV. Getting in the gate at the entrance to the development was an annoyance. The condo itself was about as far from the swimming pool as you could get.

Tucson Foothills Condo

I recently stayed for four weeks in the condo by myself and found it ideally located and had most things I needed whilst living there. The bed was comfortable and the unit really quiet so I slept really well. The only downsides were that the lounge isn't very comfortable and if you plan staying as long as I did, the kitchen was missing a few things that you might normally need. But overall it was pretty well stocked. I felt really safe and was able to walk across the street to Bashas and other stores and restaurants as needed. It's just a few minutes drive to Ventana Canyon National Park if you feel like hiking. I'd definitely recommend it as a place to stay and would stay there again during future trips to Tucson. Customer service was really good during the booking process and any questions I had were answered promptly.

Condo Review

This unit was very attractive and clean. The appliances worked well and, for the most part, the kitchen had adequate equipment. The condo complex is well situated to many amenities and the pool area was lovely.However, the seating in the entire unit was quite uncomfortable and we would not recommend this unit for a prolonged stay. The bed was very comfortable, but seemed small for a queen sized bed. The sofa bed, although new, was utterly unusable as the mattress was so thin you could feel the metal mesh beneath.

Convenient and highly recommended!

We enjoyed this lovely and clean condo for its anemities and conveniently located. We were pleased to walk to a fine supermarket and some very nice restaurants. It is a perfect spot for long or short stay. We enjoyed leaving the condo to bike in the Sabino Canyon and surroundings areas and then enjoying the jacuzzi and the swimming pool.

Northern Tucson Condo

We stayed for 8 days in March. The unit was very clean and "new" feeling and was completely outfitted in terms of linens, appliances, utensils, etc.. The bed was full-sized, not queen, as we expected and the seating in the living room was not particularly comfortable. That said, we were not there to sit around, and it was a good value for what we needed i.e., a home base while we explored the area. The neighborhood is suburban and it feels very safe. The owner was a pleasure to work with in every regard. It was wonderful to be able to walk to the grocery store across the street and we highly recommend happy hour on the patio next to the infinity pool at the Lowe's Ventana Canyon resort up the street. You can watch the sun go down behind the mountains and the city lights come up in the valley while enjoying a drink and delicious appetizers. The unit is also just minutes from Sabino Canyon - a "must see" while in Tucson.
