Your vacation will be terrific at this beautiful three bedroom condo. Everything decorated in the latest style for your comfort and enjoyment. Granite counter top in kitchen and both baths, stainless appliances, and separate laundry room and outdoor patio. Master bedroom with king bed, the other two bedrooms have queen beds. Walk in closets in every bedroom. Master bathroom with walk in shower and guest bathroom with shower/tub. Flat screen HD TV in three rooms. Wonderful views of Catalina Mountains and huge pool.

Catalina Foothills Condo

This is a nice unit in a nice condo complex. The pools in the complex are really great. The Catalina Foothills location is good with all needed amenities nearby. The condo is a compact three bedroom unit. The owner was quickly responsive to questions or issues. The only concerns were that the condo could have been a bit cleaner and less cluttered.

DISGUSTING

Wish that we had paid attention to other negative reviews regarding cleanliness. This unit was disgusting! We are very experienced VRBO lessees and we have never experienced a rental as bad as this unit. Nor have we ever written a bad review until now. We wish we could post our photos. We had to hire our own cleaning crew (reimbursed by owner) as we had to have “everything” cleaned before using. Oven was rancid by long standing grease, food splashed on kitchen walls, dishes and pans found with food on them, used soap still in the shower (!), bed linens and mattress pads stained and with holes. Torn towels (owners replaced), extensive cobwebs on windows and patio, layers of dust and dirty floors. Unit stocked with mostly below garage sale quality except for the living room and dining room furniture. Unit is in the back of the complex and dark (patio gets no sun). On our last night we found a used chicken bone with meat in the centerpiece! The complex is in a desirable Foothills location, close to everything that one needs. The two pools and workout facilities are a plus. We would definitely not return to this condo!

Close to groceries and restaurants

The condo is close to golf, shopping and restaurants. There was plenty of space and the wifi was good. The unit is on the ground floor. There is a nice view of the lawn, and it's very close to the pool. My only concern is that there could be more attention to detail on the cleanliness of the place, but I do tend to be more of a clean freak than most.

Beautiful area to explore. Very close to Sabino Recreational Park to enjoy all the trails.

Very comfortable. The property had all the amenities. Great location. Enjoyed the area - there was so much to explore( bike trails, parks ) Very close to a shopping plaza (drug store, grocery store, other shops and a few local restaurants which was very convenient. We would highly recommend. Thank you. Enjoyed our stay!

Breathtaking Views of the Santa Catalina Mtns

The location is excellent. It is within 1 mile of Sabino Canyon. All conveniences just across the street from the Condo, including market, drug store, bank, several restaurants and much more.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay an the Veranda at Ventana condo very much. The condo is spacious and well stocked with kitchen supplies, sheets, towels, even pool towels. The location of the resort is great with good restaurants and stores within walking distance. The Sabino Canyon Recreation area is only a mile away and we enjoyed some fabulous desert scenery hikes there. It's also only a short drive to the Loop, a connected network of asphalt bicycle trails of over 120 miles. It is a bicyclist's paradise , nothing like it in any other cities I've visited! The condo itself fronts on a beautiful lawn area which is visible from the windows as well as the enclosed patio. It's only a short walk to one of the two pools across the lawn. The owner is very friendly responded immediately to a couple of small problems we had. This is our third year of visiting Tucson in April staying in three different condos. This one is our favorite and we are already looking forward to coming back next year.

Not right for us

The condo is in a large, sprawling complex in a great location. It is near Sabino Canyon and other hiking options. It is also close (walking distance) to a grocery store, gas station, and restaurants. The complex has two nice pools and a decent workout room. There are a fair number of children in the complex. The unit we stayed in was listed as "Pet Friendly." I will never again stay in a rental that is "pet friendly," because at least in this case, it resulted in a lower standard of cleanliness. So, perhaps it was my error in choosing this rental. The floors were filthy. I spent the better part of one morning mopping all the tile and dusting under the furniture to remove pet hair. On the positive side, when I contacted the manager about the dirty carpets in the bedrooms, she was very responsive and had the carpets cleaned. The kitchen was grungy and moderately equipped. The decor was fine. The bedding seemed clean and there were ample towels. The location of this unit in the complex was on the ground floor. This would be nice if someone was not able to navigate stairs, but it did reduce privacy. The unit faces a grassy common area where people bring their pets to "do their business," so there were people walking by and peering in our windows all day. Not much privacy. Overall, this was not the right unit for us. If you are looking for a pet friendly condo, it might be a better fit.

Beautiful Location and Great Amenities

We stayed at the condo the month of January. The unit was nicely decorated, roomy and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. The two heated pools were the highlight of our stay. We spent a couple of hours almost every afternoon there. The Fitness Center is much nicer than you typically see. Very friendly community. Also dog friendly. Andrea and Deidre were very quick to respond to any needs. It's just a short walk to supermarket, drugstore and several good restaurants.

We stayed here for a month while our home is being renovated. I wish we could stay longer. The location can’t be beat - close to restaurants, stores, golf. The kitchen is well-stocked and everything is clean.

Lovely property

The condo is conviently located to restaurants, shops, and hiking trails. It is part of a large complex that is very well maintained, with nice amenities. The condo has a great view and the complex is dog friendly.

Tucson 2018

This is our second stay at Andrea's places and our third stay at Veranda at Ventana. The complex is friendly and family oriented. The pools were usually empty. Locals don't swim much in December. Our unit was fabulous. Everything we needed was provided for us and the place was clean and well maintained. Any questions were responded to immediately with a quick text from Andrea. We sure hope to return next year.

The Peaceful Foothills of Tucson

We stayed at condo 25103 in the Veranda at Ventana neighborhood in northeast Tucson, near the intersection of Kolb and Sunrise. This three bedroom, two bath unit was clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The complex has two gorgeous pools that were never crowded during our stay during March 2018. A drugstore, supermarket, gas station and several restaurants (Charro, Inca, Risky Business.Traviata Givi, Commonor and Co.) are within walking distance. The mountain view from the living room and patio is impressive, especially at sundown. The maintenance crew occasionally uses the upstairs unit as a construction shop. This is a minor irritation if you are "home" during the day.

Loved it!

We stayed here while visiting my daughter at U of A. It was about a 25 minute drive from campus but we loved the quiet and beautiful setting. Our daughter was happy to get away from the dorms for a little while and we all enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and the mountain views. The property was clean and comfortable. The owner, Andrea was easy to communicate with by text. We loved staying here and would recommend to friends.

Awesome condo vacation

This is the second year we have stayed at Andreas condo. The condo is just as presented. Very spacious and has everything you will need to cook a meal , they even have beach towels for the pool. It is a very quiet neighborhood. There is a store within walking distance for groceries if you want to cook your own meals. The store has a Starbucks inside.The pool and pool area are awesome. We have brought our granddaughters with us each time and we all enjoyed the pool immensely.If you just wanted to relax and not go anywhere you would have everything you would need. Restaurants are close by if you choose not to cook. We are already planning our next visit.

Great location and amenities

We just got done staying there for 3 days and had a great time. Right below Ventana Canyon Resort, this was an ideal location and the pool we felt like we had to ourselves. It was really nice and the grounds were great and the condo was nice too. The place was clean and the condo matched the description perfectly. We would definitely stay there again.

Kolb & Sunrise

We felt right at home as though we lived there on a permanent basis. We were so comfortable, everything was clean and we had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our visit and our precious time with our children and grandchildren. We hope the same accommodations are available next August when we return for our sons wedding. Thank you!

Best place to stay!

What a beautiful condo and resort area! It feels secluded and peaceful but is close to everything including great shopping and restaurants. They thought of everything we could possibly need in the condo and it was very clean and comfortable and decorated so nicely. The pool area is gorgeous and very relaxing. Whether you want to just sit back and relax, workout and hike, or see the sights, this place has it all! One of the best vacations we've had! We'll definitely be back!
