The Space:

Welcome to Casa del Colibri Negro, this spacious, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comprised of six units. A large community pool is the social center, while a community grill and lounge area makes the perfect hangout space for family dinners, sunbathing, and bird watching.



Casa del Colibri Negro is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. This ground-floor unit gives guests direct access to the pool, making it ideal for those who love to swim and soak up the sun. The open-concept living area is beautifully designed with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge area with a TV, and a dining table for four. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors not only allow for plenty of natural light, but also provide guests with breathtaking views of the pool.



The condo’s two bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom with a shower enclosure. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed and desk space, while an additional bedroom has two queen-size beds to accommodate up to four guests. Both bedrooms feature floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to the outside. Off the principal bedroom, you’ll find a shaded, private patio.
