With an expansive design built for comfort, this property boasts all master suites, each with their own full bathroom, and many with large private terraces with outdoor seating and whirlpool baths. Located on a private, wooded 2 acres, Carmel Cove maintains a prime setting along a central lake location. Once outside, a lovely ten-minute walk will take you down a wooded trail to the lake with lakeside hangout area and large swimming platform with ladder. The quiet, peaceful, "no-wake" cove makes it an ideal spot for swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding. Just a two minute drive will take you to Deep Creek Lake State Park's day-use area with it's beautiful sand swimming beach, kayak and paddle board rentals, bathrooms, small craft launch, playgrounds and picnic areas.

When it is time to get out and explore the lake, you’ll find yourself located just three minutes away from area shopping, dining, and recreational activities, as well as a local grocery store and movie theater. Wisp Resort, our local four-season adventure park, is just ten minutes away. With an incredible location, a host of on-site amenities, and fabulous interior comforts, there is no experience on the lake quite like Carmel Cove!

DOG BREED LIMITATIONS: Even in dog-friendly homes, it’s prohibited to bring any dog with a history or instance of aggressive or reactive tendencies. We welcome any dog which you know to be well-socialized, trained, and friendly in any situation involving others, both human and canine, as there may be nearby dogs at neighboring properties. However, due to restrictions in place by homeowner insurance policies, breeds listed as most aggressive are banned from all rentals, regardless of the training and temperament of the individual dog. AFTER BOOKING: An email will be sent to the address provided during check-out; please check for action items needed to secure your reservation. The subject of this email will start with "URGENT: Complete Your Booking For"... and may be in your Promotional/Marketing folders depending on your email provider and settings.

TOILETRIES & PAPER PRODUCTS: Bed linens and bath towels provided w/rental. No soaps, toiletries, paper products, trash bags, etc. will be provided with the exception of a welcome bag including a few starter items. Please pack accordingly.

NOTE: A copy of the contract holder's Photo ID, a signed contract, and a list of your full travel party (names/ages of all attending) will be required to complete your booking. If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation. This policy is in place to help combat fraudulent activity that is more likely to occur in last-minute arrivals.
