Between Chania and Rethymnon, at the historical village of Alikampos you will find Querini Villa Manolis. It is built with respect to the architectural of the region and equipped with modern amenities that harmonize perfectly with the tradition of the countryside.
Together with unique sounds of nature and unobstructed views of the natural beauty of the island, the villa offers you comfort and privacy during your stay.
Situated to visit both the south and north side of the Island as well as Chania and Rethimnon and above all quality holidays, Querini Villa Manolis is the perfect destination.
The villa covers an area of 118 sqm separated in two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, fully equipped modern kitchen, dining-room and a W.C. The second floor includes a 16 sqm double-bed bedroom, a 13sqm bedroom with two single beds, and a big bathroom with bathtub. It is designed to accommodate families, couples or a group of friends, no more than 5 persons.
Querini villa Manolis is operating with the authorization of the National Tourism Organization, with license No: 1336228

A fantastic villa with a fabulous host. Manolis and his family looked after us so well. We loved the clean, well equipped Villa and the village is a beautiful slice of true Cretan life. We have returned home with some amazing memories and 5 litres of Manolis’ cousins olive oil !

Lovely place

The villa is beautiful and a very high standard of accommodation. The pool and surrounding views of the mountains were fantastic. But what made this such a special place to stay was the warm welcome from Manolis, his helpful suggestions about places to visit and the incredible welcome pack including local produce. Thank you Manolis!

Great stay!

We stayed at the villa for a week and had a wonderful time. The welcome package upon arrival was very generous and Manolis extremely helpful. He provided us with lots of useful tips on both places to eat and things to see/do. If you are looking for a place to stay out of the hustle and bustle and enjoy a magnificent view, Villa Manolis is definitely worth a visit!

We couldnt have been happier with our stay at Manolis Villa. It was so private, calm, spacious and beautiful, we could not help but feel at home. Manolis and his family went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and they certainly succeeded! Thank you very much again for everything!

An amazing stay

We had an amazing stay at Manolis Villa and will definitely recommend it to anyone who is in need of a very relaxing holiday, away from the hustle of the town and yet so conveniently located close to so many beautiful beaches and places to visit. Manolis has been amazing and a wonderful host , his suggestions of places to visit or the recommendations for taverns has been much appreciated and would suggest to anyone to follow his advice as you won’t regret it. We will definitely come again as we didn’t even managed to visit half of all the places we had in mind and will love to stay Manolis Villa once again . Thank you , Manolis for being a great host !!

Wonderful Host

The villa is in a genuinely unspoilt mountain setting with beautiful views. It was clean, comfortable and very well looked after. We have never had such a generous host as Manolis. He provided almost a fully stocked fridge of food and drink for our arrival and then brought us further treats throughout our stay. He was very easy to communicate with, gave us lots of local information but was happy to let us enjoy the lovely villa and pool without bothering us. An excellent villa and host.

Wonderful experience !!

The villa really deserves 5-stars: it is fully equiped (the air conditioning is really a must have in August), well decorated and located in a very quiet and pleasant village. The pool is wonderful and the view to the mountains is amazing. Moreover, Manolis is an excellent host and a very great person. He welcomed us with fresh water and many other gifts (local Raki, local olive oil, fruits, etc ...). He shared a list of activities/visits to do in the surroundings. He always made sure that you have all what you need during the stay. Thanks a lot Manolis, we have spent wonderful holidays in the villa. The moussaka was delicious. We will come back !

Nach den bisherigen extrem positiven Rezensionen dieser Unterkunft waren die Erwartungen bei uns sehr hochgesteckt - und wurden dennoch übertroffen!Das Haus ist herrlich ruhig gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Kaffeemaschine und Geschirrspüler. Bei der Übergabe war alles, was man am Anfang braucht vorhanden - insbesondere ein voller Kühlschrank, von dem wir in den Rezensionen bereits gelesen hatten. Und der war wirklich voll - wir hätten vorher eigentlich gar nicht mehr einkaufen müssen. Manolis ist einfach ein Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft! Er hat uns mit zahlreichen Informationen versorgt, z.B. in welche Restaurants man gehen kann und welche Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe liegen und war bei Fragen oder Problemen (bei uns war einmal eine Birne durchgebrannt) immer ansprechbar und reagierte sofort. Ein besonderes Highlight war eine Flasche Honigraki, den wir zur Begrüßung vorfanden. Wir hatten während unseres 14tägigen Aufenthalts drei Zwischenreinigungen und immer war die Flasche danach wieder aufgefüllt. Zusätzlich fanden wir dann auch noch andere Kleinigkeiten vor, wie z.B. Eis aus der Lieblingseisdiele von Manolis (wir haben drei Tage daran gegessen) oder eine von seiner Mutter selbstgemachte Moussaka (köstlich!).Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, der Swimmingpool war angenehm temperiert und wurde regelmäßig gesäubert. In der überdachten Ecke am Pool kann man wunderbar im Schatten sitzen und entspannen.Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

aus selbst sehr gut ausgestattet ist, dass man lange die Abendsonne genießen kann, die Sonne geht über den Bergen unter… Aus den Zimmern und von der Terrasse hat man den Blick auf die Berge. Es gibt diesen wunderbaren Pool. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gut organisiert und wirklich sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Gastgeber, Manolis, ist sehr aufmerksam, reagiert extrem schnell, wenn man Fragen oder Probleme hat, ist er immer hilfsbereit. Dazu kommt, dass Manolis sowohl am Anfang eine Erstausstattung mit Getränken und Essen bereitstellt, und zwischendurch immer wieder viele Leckereien bringt. Unter vielen anderen Dingen auch eine super leckere Moussaka, die seine Mutter zubereitet hat. Ich kann gar nicht alles aufzählen, was uns hier so zufrieden gemacht hat. Die Lage des Hauses ist einzigartig, sehr abgelegen, sehr ruhig und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir können dieses Haus und seinen Vermieter nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles Manolis!

Sehr gepflegte und liebevoll eingerichtete Villa. Schöner Blick in die Berge. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Chania, Rethymnon oder in den Süd-Westen der Insel. Betreuung von Manolis einfach nur top. Wir waren schon in vielen Villen, aber das war wirklich das Beste.Dana hat die Villa 2x in der Woche super gereinigt und es gab sogar jedesmal frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Die Betten sind bequem und das Licht im Bad war schön hell. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, alkes was wur brauchten war vorhanden.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke Manolis& Familie Dörfchen

Erholung pur!

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rand eines kleinen Bergdorfs und man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind aber in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Außerdem sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten durch die Lage gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Manolis hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und mit vielen Tipps versorgt, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, dass der Kühlschrank bei unserer Ankunft bereits gefüllt war und uns Manolis immer wieder weitere leckere Speisen vorbei gebracht hat. Vielen lieben Dank noch mal dafür! Alles in allem war es ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt und wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen!!!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Manolis hat uns am Haus erwartet und war mehr als freundlich! Hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und uns ein tolles Gefühl übermittelt. Jedesmal beim Haus reinigen hat eine neue Überraschung auf uns gewartet (essen / trinken). Das Haus ist wunderschön! Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden! Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist wunderschön! Wenn man Anregungen hatte war Manolis uns immer eine Hilfe!wir können das Haus zu 100% weiter empfehlen und kommen wieder! Danke für alles Manolis!

Traumurlaub

Die Villa ist traumhaft schön und entspricht der Beschreibung im Inserat. Die Lage ist ruhig, der Blick in die Berge entspannend und wunderschön. In Alikampos ist alles sehr ruhig, abends öffnet eine Taverne. Mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell Georgioupolis, den Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und diverse Tavernen sowie Restaurants. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit Gewürzen, Waschmittel, Handtüchern für den Pool und Toilettenpapier. Zweimal die Woche werden Haus und Pool geputzt. Die Kommunikation mit Manolis läuft reibungslos. Er hilft gerne, verrät viele Tipps zu Tavernen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Außerdem hat er uns während des Aufenthalts regelrecht verwöhnt. So war der Kühlschrank bei unserer Ankunft bereits gut gefüllt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Heel mooi en fijn huis, verder weg van de drukte

We hebben het super gehad. De eigenaar neemt veel tijd voor je en doet er alles aan om je verblijf zo goed mogelijk te laten verlopen. Het heeft ons nergens aan ontbroken, alles is er voor een fijne vakantie. Uitzicht op de bergen is nog beter dan op de foto’s te zien is. Afkapping bij zwembad vonden wij erg prettig. Je bent wel even aan het slingeren de berg op, voordat je bij het huis bent, maar daar krijg je veel rust voor terug.

This villa was beautiful, had extremely comfortable beds & everything you could ask for. Manolis was there to greet us & had left us very well supplied with milk, juice, bread as well as wine & olive oil. He provided us with many helpful tips on where to go & recommendations for places to eat all of which proved accurate. The villa was cleaned mid-week with fresh bed linen & towels also provided.. While the villa is a little out of the way to get to& you definitely need a car l couldn't recommend it highly enough for a very relaxing & enjoyable stay with a most helpful host.

Best holiday that we ever had

We can hardly find words for this great villa. It was one of our best stays in Crete. We arrived at night because our flight was 7 hours late and Mr Manolis welcomed us so warmly. The fridge was stocked with delicious drinks and food, we kept getting treats from Mr Manolis and the villa was as clean as if it was built yesterday. It has a great location in a super quiet village. From the bed in the bedroom you had a super nice view and could even look at the beautiful starry sky at night. Mr Manolis gave us a lot of great tips for the area. We would come back anytime and would 1000% recommend this villa to anyone. Rarely do you meet such nice landlords. 1000 thanks to Mr Manolis for this great accommodation

Urlaub im August2022

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Ca. 20min entfernt vom Strand von Georgioupolis. Eine sehr schöne Villa mit einem tollen Pool und Blick in die Berge. Manolis hat uns außerdem mit vielen guten Tipps zu Ausflügen unterstützt.

Der beste Urlaub seit Ewigkeiten <3 Nur zu empfehlen, vielen Dank!

Manolis und seine Schwester haben die Gastgeberqualitäten einfach im Blut. Angefangen beim wundervollen Objekt, wo alles den Bildern und sogar noch mehr übertroffen hat, macht es Manolis zu einem wundervollen Zuhause auf Zeit. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, von Spielkonsole für die Kids bis Toilettenpapier und Seife, um was man sich bei sonstigen Appartements immer erst einmal kümmern muss. Manolis hat uns abends bei Ankunft geduldig erwartet, alles gezeigt, legt auf Hygiene besonderen Wert, indem er sogar Maske und Einmalhandschuhe trug. Infomaterial war vorhanden, er hat uns aber auch sofort einen Einblick gegeben und später nochmal haben wir Links für eventuelle Besuche erhalten. Alle, denen wir nachgegangen sind, waren klasse und haben unseren Urlaub bereichert. Die Sauberkeit in der Villa, in den Außenanlagen, sowie im Pool war einwandfrei. Zum Glück gibt es in den Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage. Im Haus sind alle Notrufnummern und wichtige Informationen sofort leicht zugänglich, sogar ein Medikamentenkoffer, der über Pflaster hinausgeht ist gut sortiert und hat keine abgelaufenen Medikamente. Die Reinigung spricht man mit ihm zwischendurch ab, Manolis betritt nur die Villa, wenn man es bejaht. Ausreichend Handtücher, auch extra für den Pool, sind vorhanden. Annehmlichkeiten, wie einen großen Sonnenschirm kann man mit zum Strand nehmen - er hat an alles gedacht. Die Krönung ist, dass wir so liebevoll und lecker versorgt wurden, obwohl dies keine gebuchte Leistung war. Am Tag der Ankunft waren Käse, Feta, Milch, Obst (Weintrauben und Kirschen), Brot, Kaffee, Wasser, Wein, Bier, Cola, Nudeln und zu guter letzt Olivenöl und Raki mit Honig vorhanden. Wir haben uns natürlich sofort wohl gefühlt und waren froh, nicht abends noch auf die Suche nach Essen zu gehen. Unser Raki und das Olivenöl wurde während des Aufenthaltes aufgefüllt und wir haben aus Chania, der Lieblings Eisdiele von Manolis, sogar Eis mitgebracht bekommen - ein Traum. Manolis Mutter hat uns die beste Moussaka, die wie je gegessen haben gemacht. Diese Villa ist ansich schon jeden Cent Wert aber der Gastgeber topt es nochmal und ist dabei nie aufdringlich. Man benötigt einen Mietwagen und sollte sich ein wenig auf die Fahrweise der Einheimischen sowie auf die schlechteren und ungesicherten Straßen einlassen, aber dafür ist die Ruhe (außer der Zikaden) wundervoll. Wenn es ginge, würden wir mehr als 5 Sterne geben, wir kommen wieder!

Manolis ist ein super Host und vermietet eine tadellose Villa

Manolis hat im Vorfeld sich super um uns und unsere Bedürfnisse gekümmert und war anwesend bei der Ankunft bei der Villa. Er hat uns viele sehr nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge und Tavernen zum Essen gegeben, die uns sehr geholfen haben. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abseits, nicht im Turistengebiet, was uns sehr gefallen hat. In der Nacht ist es ruhig. Noch nie haben wir erlebt, dass sogar der Kühlschrank mit Früchten, Gemüse, Milch und Getränken gefüllt wurde und auch Brot, Kuchen, Spaghetti und Wein wurde für uns bereit gestellt, als Willkommensgeschenk. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war fabelhaft. Es hatte alles, was man braucht zum Kochen. Die ganze Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Betten super bequem, der Pool wunderbar. Ein kleines Paradies auf Erden.

TOP > Bester Gastgeber den wir je hatten!!!

Bei Ankunft war der Kühlschrank schon etwas aufgefüllt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Der auch immer wieder etwas vorbeigebracht hat (Wein, Eis, Moussaka Olivenöl und Raki ;-) ) Das Haus ist in einer kleinen Bergstatt. Sehr empfehlenswert und wir werden dort auf jeden Fall wieder nochmal hinreisen.

Great villa, superb hosts

We staying a Villa Manolis for 1 week during late May - our first visit to Crete. The villa is fitted to a very high standard and absolutely perfect for those people who want a relaxing break - situated on the outskirts of a quiet village with magnificent mountain views. However one reason we will never forget Villa Manolis and why we will return in the near future was due to Manolis and his sister Maria. Never in all the years of travelling have I dealt with such thoughtful and very professional hosts. The family did everything to make sure your stay at their villa was the best possible holiday. A very big thankyou to you both- you were amazing!!!!!

Fantastisch vakantiehuis met een mooi uitzicht en een zeer gastvrije host

We zijn een week in dit fantastisch mooie vakantiehuis geweest. Het zwembad was heerlijk, alles was schoon, het uitzicht ongelooflijk mooi. Het is een zeer compleet en fijn ingericht huis, met fijne slaapkamers, een mooie woonkamer en keuken, een zwembad en heel veel buitenruimte (drie zitjes om uit te kiezen, in de zon en schaduw). De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en we hadden een fantastische ontvangst. Ook tijdens het verblijf is de eigenaar zeer behulpzaam met tips over de omgeving. Kortom, dit huis is een echte aanrader.
