Looking for a great place at the beach. Check out our beautiful beach villa located directly across from the outdoor pools and Children's Splash Park and Sunbather's Dipping Pool located in beautiful Oceanside Village, Surfside Beach, South Carolina, a private gated community with 24 hour security. We have four beautiful fishing lakes, tennis courts, basketball court, large softball field, volleyball court, bocce courts, horseshoes and lots of walking space. We have now added a PICKLE BALL COURT, SHUFFLE BOARD COURT AND A "DOG PARK" FOR YOUR BEST FRIEND !!!!!!!!

There is also a fitness center however, there is a charge per person per week, ($25.00).winter rentals it is $25.00 a month.

There is also a playground area for small children. The village is located on approximately 180 acres.

Our home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with tub/shower and one with shower. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the guest bedroom has a queen size bed
and the third bedroom has a queen size bed.
We do furnish a FREE GOLF CART.
We have also added HIGH SPEED ROADRUNNER )(WIFI) internet service for your service. This is FREE.
Also our beach home offers a large kitchen with all new cabinets, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, new smooth top electric stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, blender, toaster, regular-coffee maker, Keuring coffee maker, dinning room table for six and lots more. Also four color T.V.'s with cable, VCR and DVD player. Also AM/FM radio with cassette and full size washer and dryer. Our Den has a Leather Sofa and Leather Love Seat with two ottomans. We now have added (2) Lazy Boy Recliners !!!!!!!!!
. We have just added a BIG SCREEN T.V. to the den area. There are a total of four T.V's in the home. All the TV's are FLAT SCREEN.
We also have a nice deck on the front to watch the golf carts ride by under the giant oak tree located on our property. LOCATED DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE OUTDOOR POOLS .GREAT LOCATION !!!

We ask that you provide your own paper products and garbage bags.
WE DO NOT FURNISH LINENS AND TOWELS ANYMORE.
WE DO FURNISH BLANKETS & PILLOWS !!!!!!!!
There is a Cleaning FEE OF $99.00. This way all you have to do on Saturday is pack and depart. Let someone else worry about the cleaning of the place.

We have three pools, two are outdoors and the other one is enclosed and heated. They both have kiddie pools.
NEW CHILDREN'S POOL AREA(SPLASH PARK) AND ALSO A WET POOL WITH DIPPING POOL FOR SUNBATHERS.
You are located directly across the street from the outdoor pools and approximately 2 to 3 minutes to the indoor pool. You are approximately 3 to 4 minutes to the beach by golf cart which we provide for you FREE !!!!!!

There is a barbecue Gas grill located under the carport. We DO NOT furnish beach chairs any longer.

A Golf Cart is provided (FREE) for easy access to the indoor pool and beach with private beach parking. YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE and have a valid driver's license to operate the golf cart. Cart does not have a DMV sticker on it therefore cannot be driven outside the village. OSV does not allow any outside golf carts. Any questions call or text me at 843-450-0129.

We ask that you smoke on the deck out front or under the carport. NO SMOKING IN THE HOME!


We rent our home to families and we rent our home from Saturday to Saturday. We also rent from November to March 31
to couples by the month.

The home is located at 409 Fairoaks Dr. in Oceanside Village directly across from the outdoor pools.
