Margaritaville is a delightful two-bedroom, two-bath house nestled in a quiet neighborhood, offering outstanding views of Pamlico Sound and spectacular sunsets. Guests can access the sound through the property next door, perfect for kayaking, fishing, raking clams, or simply relaxing on the beach. The home features a private deck off the master bedroom with sound views, as well as a screened porch on the first floor that also offers beautiful views of the sound. Margaritaville is fully equipped for all your vacation needs and loaded with amenities, with all linens provided for a comfortable stay.

Great little spot for our venture. Rented for a quick trip down and had a great time. Location was awesome and were able to walk out to the sandy beach area and relax even in the cold weather. Will return again. Thanks to the staff for the quick responses and service during our stay.

Perfect tucked away location on an island we've visited for decades. Downsized our Thanksgiving trip as we are empty nesters and this was the perfect place with plenty of amenities and items for cooking. Great conversation with the owner and friendly staff. Great view of Springers point as well.

This cottage is the perfect getaway spot for anyone looking to simply clear their mind. Great view, great rooms and within walking distance to shops. I will certainly come back again.

We loved our stay at Margaritaville! The house was very clean and comfortable. The location is one of the best on the island—gorgeous psunsets, easy access to the Sound beach, and a minute walk to Springer’s Point Preserve. We enjoyed being able to easily kayak from this location

We could not have picked a better house on the island! It was very inviting & clean. I enjoyed coffee & devotions each morning on the deck with the beautiful view of the sound. We had fun fishing, swimming & kayaking at the the beach behind the house. It was wonderful trip. We loved everything about it! We hope to come back again next year!

Wonderful property! It was our 1st visit to Okracoke and we couldn't have been happier. Location was perfect and amenities were perfect! We will always try to stay here when we visit.
