'Quetsal Tenango' is a 1964 villa located in the heights of the Port de la Vigne on the peninsula of Cap Ferret.

There is an independent contemporary kitchen, fully equipped, and the large outdoor terrace with its garden furniture (tables, chairs, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue). In addition, its geographical location allows to be quiet while enjoying many activities: a staircase along the property takes you directly to the Port de la Vigne and its beach: supervised swimming, pontoon, children’s club, boat rental, launching dock for jet ski, tennis club de la Vigne and restaurants.
Cycle paths from the port or through the pine forest: you reach the trail in 15 minutes, and the ocean in 20 minutes. The cycle path leads to the roundabout of the Herbe and the oyster farming villages of Canon and Piraillan, or to Cap Ferret (15 minutes).
This house is very airy, as suspended at the top of the dune with its terrace overlooking the pool: very pleasant on holiday!
