We did want to kindly note for future guests that the high chair, pack ‘n play, and other baby-related items have since been removed, so families with infants should plan to bring their own. Thank you so much for your kind words Emily. To clarify the public access for this home is actually a sand path walk over. It is pictured in the listing and is approximately 500 ft. from the home. The board walk you are referencing is not a community one but a private one that belongs to lot owner where it is located. The issue with the hot tub has been resolved. It was actually a power supply issue, the pool tech thought it MIGHT have been the filter but after looking into it further found that an electrician needed to be called out. We contract with a professional pool service and defer to their expertise on when equipment filters need to be changed out and are open to that being done as often as it is needed. So we will follow up with them to see if they have a different recommendation. Secluded dunes is a private rd. and has been gravel since the inception of the HOA nearly a decade ago. The good news is the HOA is currently starting the paving process and the project is due for completion before summer!
