The cottage was lovingly restored by a professional designer to convey a sense of peace and relaxation. It boasts an expansive stained wood ceiling, new kitchen and bathrooms, and a relaxing deck to reconnect with nature. Enjoy the view of Table Rock Lake from the eat in kitchen or while grilling from the newly built deck. The cottage is located minutes from the marina and hiking trails.

The photos truly don't do the place justice! It was absolutely gorgeous. The check in process was quick and easy anf communication with the host was always prompt and friendly. Will definitely be our go-to spot now when visiting the area.

Must book!

We had the best time at this cottage! It has everything you could possibly need. Super clean, updated, and decor is cozy! Master bed was so comfortable! Amazing view-saw some deer in the evening. Quiet neighborhood. Great communication with host. JS Back Porch Restaurant was perfect for breakfast every morning. Highly recommend this as your next home away from home.

Beautiful

The Jefferson Cottage is beautifully decorated and in a gorgeous location. We were happy to be close enough to Eureka Springs and all the other sites we wanted to visit, but also feel like we were far from the hubbub. The cottage had everything we needed to enjoy our time. I would warn anyone who needs a supportive mattress that you will not be able to sleep in the pillowy-soft king bed, but the twins and sofa are fine.

What a wonderful place!

We stayed here for a girls trip… The place was absolutely amazing. Everything we needed and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Happy but not super convenient

We loved the property. It is so cute and well decorated. We didn’t walk down to the lake but you could see it through the trees since there were no leaves this time of year. All of the appliances were new and top of the line. Bed was very comfortable and great pillows. Perfect for a family of 4 with the cozy twin beds in the guest room. Shower was warm and had great pressure. House was clean, but not deep clean. The shower tiles were dingy. We didn’t love the drive from Holiday Island to Eureka Springs each day. It wasn’t terrible but not ideal if you enjoy some drinks downtown and then need to get home. However, Holiday Island was close to our favorite dinner spot Gaskins Cabin and seeing the Thorncrown Chapel and walking the Lake Leatherwood Trails. I looked at many VRBO and this was by far the most updated option even though we weren’t close to downtown. No real complaints and definitely recommend.

Cozy Weekend

The house was so cozy, clean & adorable!! The kids loved exploring the backyard and water (even in the cold!) The owners with prompt with communication, our stay was great. The kids are already planning our next weekend getaway!

Highly recommend!

This place had everything! My family loved it here. This was the perfect stay, we didn’t have to buy or pack the usual stuff when we stay in rental homes (coffee, salt pepper, etc). This was also one of the cleanest homes I’ve stayed at. It was close to town but far enough away to get peace from the tourists. We will be back!

A decorator’s dream

This cottage is beautifully designed and decorated. The furniture is premium! We had a great 3 day stay! Everything was perfect! I hope to come back and stay before the end of the year!

Wonderful & Relaxing Stay in a Beautiful Setting

We absolutely loved the cottage!! It had everything we needed and more. We spent our days exploring Eureka Springs and made a day trip to Bentonville. The view from the cottage deck is amazing…just wish it was warm and dry so we could spend the day out on the deck. We will definitely stay again if we come back.

Perfect Girl Trip with Mom & Cousin to visit Eureka Springs

Clean, tranquil and relaxing! Decor looked brand new. House stocked with much detail and thought of guest's needs. Coffee, water, snacks, water bottles, kleenex, nightlights, little mini flashlights in bedrooms, comfy beds, soft sheets, shampoo, body wash, everything you need in a kitchen and more. Throw blankets. Easy check in/out Host answered my calls and messaging immediately. Highly recommend!

Perfect little house !

Traveled to eureka with a friend and wanted to stay away from the congested downtown . Also wanted a vacation rental instead of a hotel room . This little house is adorable and spotless , in a nice quiet area just a 5 minute drive to downtown eureka . All brand new everything . Cutest decor , the bathrooms were fabulous . Top notch everything , beds , linens , etc . They thought of everything to make your stay nice . I would stay here again and highly recommend .

Quick getaway

We needed a quick 3-4 day getaway and this was the perfect spot. Private yet 15 min from Eureka Springs as well as some other activities. It was very cozy and felt like we were home away from home.

Girls Weekend

When looking for a place to stay near Eureka Springs, one of our requirements was somewhere with a pool. When I booked in March, there were pictures of a pool and the listing stated there was access to a pool. Upon arrival in June, we found this to be untrue. Other than that, this was a beautifully kept and decorated house! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend your property to our friiends!

Fabulous stay

This was the cutest house and a great location. Just prior to the island and had a slight view of the lake. The house was very comfortable for our adult party of 4. Super clean and exactly as pictured. It’s been the best place we’ve rented at Holiday Island thus far, we go every year to visit friends and attend Opera in the Ozarks.

Cozy and Peaceful

Although our stay here was short, it was amazing. It is deep in the country side, close to the lake and rivers, and the drive to Eureka Springs was filled with beautiful scenery and a lot of wildlife. The house was something out of a magazine. A lot of thought and effort was put into the decor and comforts of home. I would 10 out of 10 stay here again.
