THE CONDO Is Ocean Front fully furnished on the 3rd floor of the magnificent Gulf Shores Resort. This unit has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 43" TV in each bedroom. It has 2 bathrooms, both with shower tub combo. There's a queen sleeper sofa and rocker recliner in the living room. It also has a wet bar with mirror. The condo is ocean front with a view of the ocean, 150 steps to the boardwalk. It is in the same building as the indoor pool, large indoor hot tub, fitness center, steam room, and sauna, are just steps away. Free parking just outside the unit. The building was completely re-built after hurricane Sally in 2020 and completed in 2021, so everything is new. The condo has new stainless steel appliances, furniture, flooring, and paint. It has free wireless internet and cable TV. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, smooth top stove, quite upgraded dish washer, microwave, Keurig combo coffee maker, toaster, blender, and everything you need. The condo also has an Iron and Ironing board, Hair dryers, and All your linens are provided which include 4 towels and wash cloths in each bath, dish cloths and dish towels in the kitchen, and all sheets and covers for each bed and the sleeper sofa, extra blankets are also in the closet. If you need to wash your towels or linens during your stay, card operated washers and dryers are located it the building. Housekeeping provides a starter kit of a couple of rolls of tissue and soap in each bathrooms, paper towels, dish detergent, and a couple of trash bags. The front door has a combo door lock with a deadbolt inside. No smoking is allowed in the condo. THE RESORT has 6 outdoor pools, one is heated, one indoor pool, several lighted tennis courts, several lighted volleyball courts, lighted basketball courts, Several lighted pickleball courts, one indoor and one outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, beach store, horseshoes, putting green, several outdoor grills, and Sassy Bass restaurant with a beach front bar. There’s a coffee and ice cream shop at the Resort. The Kiva Dunes Golf Course and restaurant are walking distance from condo. THE BEACH has beautiful white sand. There’s Chair and Umbrella rentals, Parasailing, Banana boat rides and more. No pets are allowed at the resort or on the beach. Don't let my low prices fool you, this is a beautiful up to date condo with great views of the ocean. Thanks

Great location by the beach

Our family had an amazing trip while staying at this condo. The owners communicated better than aI have ever seen. The condo was clean. Great location with a short walk to the beach. We swam in the pools but did not use any other amenities besides the beach access. I highly recommend staying here

Great stay!

We had a great stay! This was a wonderful property and we also enjoyed the area! Nice quiet area, not crowded at all, was a short drive to restaurants and other areas of interest. Host was very informative, helpful, and welcoming!

So happy with our stay!

We loved our stay here. The condo was nice and clean. It was In the perfect spot on the plantation. Right beside the boardwalk and close to the pool. Can't wait to stay here next year!

Family vacation

Place was great and ideal if wanting to just hang out at the beach. The drive to eat out was somewhat inconvenient but the beach location seemed worth it. If we go back we would definitely plan on enjoying the golf near by.

Thanks for the 5 star review. We would love to have you back. I should have told you about the closer restaurants other than the restaurant on the resort. There’s 2 great restaurants just down the road toward Fort Morgan one a couple of miles on left call Sassy Bass 2, and another about 3 miles on the right at the marina, called Tacky Jacks. Both are really good. Hopefully you can try them on your next visit. Thanks!

Had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed our stay. While we stayed at the end of April we wanted a place that was not overly crowded and this was exactly the place we wanted. We spent the week exploring near by fort Morgan and Bon Secours area and the beaches. Was a perfect trip. Would definitely return for future stays.

My wife Michelle and I live in Tennessee. We have 5 daughters and 15 grandchildren. Our entire family love going the beach.

We loved this resort from the first time we stayed here several years ago. We purchased a condo here 5 years ago. Hurricane Sally hit the resort hard in September of 2020. The building that this condo is located in was completely rebuilt after the hurricane. Everything is new all the way down to the concrete floors and metal joist. all the flooring, walls, elevators, indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, steam room, appliances, furniture, you name it, it's new as of May of 2022.
