GREAT hiking places just minutes from our house:
Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte, Chapel of the Holy Cross area, Cathedral Rock, Soldiers Pass, The Coffee Pot, Capitol Butte, Red Rock State Park, to name a few.
If you don't mind driving a little further, other great places to explore are the Out of Africa Wildlife Park, the old mining town of Jerome, Slide Rock State Park, the historic West Fork Trail, and the Page Springs vineyards and wine country.
Only a 2 hour drive northwest to the Grand Canyon and 51 minutes to historic Flagstaff via the I-17, or you can take the more scenic route through uptown Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon---a gorgeous ride with breathtaking scenery.

If you like golf, there are 3 excellent courses right down the road from our home. Just drive north toward the main part of Sedona and you will see them.

Beautiful home with gorgeous surroundings

This is a very nice modern home that is fully stocked with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Close to amazing hikes and can even take a hike right off the property. Owner was extremely helpful with check in and was truly concerned that we had a good experience. Highly recommend Sedona and this home!

We very much enjoyed this contemporary & comfortable home!

Lance's home is new, clean, contemporary and comfortable. We absolutely love the great room floor plan and all the wonderful, tasteful décor throughout. The vast amount of window space is perfect for views, views and views and albeit it a bit cold out at night, we would have loved to have sat outside on the back deck space which is well lit and has great outside furniture. We will most certainly stay at this amazing home again! Far better than anything else we've found in Sedona within this price point.

FANTASTIC

I have used vacation rentals all over the country for years, and this was, by far, my best experience. The property was extremely clean, accessible and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. But, the icing on the cake was the property manager, Lance. Like all good hosts and managers I’ve worked with, he was attentive and sent us a lot of great information both prior to and during our visit. And the home instructions were clear an helpful. But, what really made Lance a cut above was the help he rendered after I had a dental emergency while hiking on our first day. Not only did he find a dentist who could handle an emergency on a Friday afternoon, but he contacted the dentist and arranged for my appointment and checked in with me frequently to see how I was doing. He went far above and beyond, and his stellar approach to client service distinguishes this property across the board. If you want a stellar experience in Sedona, rent this property. Thank you, Lance!

Lovely stay in Sedona

Our expectations of the house based on the photos and description were exceeded. The house is very roomy, bright, and open, the master bedroom is large, and the two guest rooms are in the opposite side of the house, giving everyone privacy. The master bed was comfortable and although we never ventured to try the steam shower, the luxurious shower in the master bathroom was great. There were sufficient dishes and cookware to make meals - and plenty of wine glasses! The outdoor patio was our favorite spot to watch the sun rise and sunset. The vacant lot with shrubs and trees behind the house added privacy, and we loved hearing all the birds in the morning. Being in Oak Creek Village this house is away from the congested center of Sedona, but an easy drive to everything. The house is close to the Bell Rock, Courthouse, Cathedral Rock, and Chapel of the Holy Cross areas which offer plenty of great hiking options.

Sedona

Visited during Christmas week with 3 kids. Super clean from hardwood floor to all of 3 rooms and bathroom. Stacked Kitchen. Only had to buy foods to eat. Almost looking like new utensils and dishes. 2 pots/ 2 pan but maybe a couple of more big size pan would be great for large family. We enjoyed steam shower tremendously, used it almost every night. Manager, Mr. KATO, asked us favorite drinks on the phone and he was kind to have it available in the refrigerator when we arrived. It is located 10 min drive south of downtown of Sedona, but it is in the very quiet neighborhood and Clark market which sells lots of organic foods located in about a mile away. Stayed 6 nights and definitely hope to come back next time we come to Sedona.

Upscale, comfortable home with fantastic views

Our family had a wonderful vacation week in this upscale, new construction house. The design is sleek and comfortable with ample sofas and chairs positioned to provide breath taking views of Sedona's famous mountains. Clark's market is three minutes from the house with lots of organic produce and a huge wine selection.  We cooked several dinners in this well equipped modern kitchen, as well as all breakfasts/lunches. The master bed room is spacious with a sofa and two chairs facing picture windows framing the mountains and a door to the patio. The master has a deep tub as well as a steam shower. The owners paid a great deal of attention to details, like the super soft and comfy bed linens, and art pieces. Ditto the other bedrooms, and one other has a door to the patio. The location is perfect. It is close to the iconic mountains with hiking trails within 5 minutes drive. The Village of Oak Creek has its own town center with great restaurants and shopping, and downtown Sedona is only about a 15 minute drive. From inside you feel like you are in the  wilderness, but actually there are homes and a village nearby. Lance was very accessible, helpful and friendly. We were there during Thanksgiving week and he made suggestions for Thanksgiving dinner restaurants. When we left, he called the Highway Patrol to check on road closures because of a snowstorm. During our week we had perfect hiking weather in the 50's and then a day of gorgeous snow. Coming from Florida, this was perfect for us! Our adult children (ages 27 & 30 ) said this was one of the best family vacations ever! Good internet, Direct TV, netflix, Hulu and more. It is a wonderfully comfortable yet sophisticated house that worked well for all of us. There are so many activities and places within 20 minutes, like Page Springs Vineyards & Cellars (tours & wine tasting), V Bar V Heritage Site, Montezuma's Castle Nat'l Monument & Well, Wisdom Jeep Tours (I recommend the Vortex tour), and plenty of psychics and healers, and many others, so you can stay near the house or travel to the Grand Canyon and environs.  We plan to return! I highly recommend this home!

Great Break

This is a fantastically equipped property that is basically brand new. My wife, 2 daughters and I spent spring break here and loved the place! Lance was always a phone call away if needed and was incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home in a perfect location

We were 3 couples visiting Sedona for the very first time and this rental met our needs in every way. We wanted a house with gathering area to end the day after hiking and sightseeing. The open floor plan was perfect for our group. We also utilized the deck for wine drinking and star gazing This rental was better in person than the pictures on-line. Lance was an attentive and accommodating host. We were not sure whether to stay in downtown Sedona or in the village of Oak Creek but was glad we decided to stay here. There were less traffic congestion in this area and the house was very close to the trails we wanted to hike. It was also easy to run to the nearby Supermarket and restaurants. There were a few minor electrical issues that we informed Lance and he was appreciative of us letting him know. We would stay here again when we come back out here which we would love to do again.

Wonderful place to stay for Sedona

The home is beautiful & comfortable in many ways - nice view, furnishings, beds and patios. The place is very clean and the kitchen well appointed and stocked to cook meals (fairly new grill on the back patio). It is about a 15 minute drive to Sedona where there are a number of restaurants to choose from. The Mariposa restaurant is quite an experience if you can get a reservation. In addition to food, the hiking trails are abundant, and the Grand Canyon is only 2 hours away. Our host Lance was easily available and helpful. Did I mention a TV in every bedroom and the family room. We had a great time!

Quiet, Relaxing Location!

During our few days, we found the location very quiet and convenient to town. Lance was very communicative and helpful! I highly suggest this home if you are wanting to get away from the crowds yet have a comfortable place to wind down. The bedrooms are set up well for a group of 4 ( two couples).

Sedona Family trip

We selected Lance’s property as an alternative to hotels in the area...pricing, space, convenience. Great location, beautiful modern and well stocked home (ie., kitchen tools, cook and drink ware, tons of towels, etc.) Lance was very responsive and communicative. Brochures on the area were at the house and Lance had a lot of suggestions. No issues whatsoever. We enjoyed our time there. We would choose this property again for future visits to Sedona.

Modern, Clean, and Relaxin

This home is beautiful! Modern with technology, appliances, and super clean. This home is well taken care of and there is no dirt leftover from previous visitors. Mattresses are quality and comfortable. The owner is very hospitable. Overall one of the best home rentals I’ve ever stayed at.

Nice, comfortable house

We enjoyed this house very much, we spent much of our time on the patio which enjoys the shade most of the day. There are hiking trails straight from the house, which we took advantage of each day. I would recommend this house.
