Just Renovated with New Furniture Throughout The Entire Condo. Clean…Clean…Clean!!

This 2 Bdrm, 2 Full Bath, Ocean View Condo is located in the Tower at Myrtle Beach Resort. The Condo can sleep 6. Kitchen is FULLY equipped. The Master has a KING BED and private bath with walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 twin beds with bath in the hall. Pull out sofa in the den. Flat Screen TVs in both bdrms and the living room. Amazing views on balcony, and I’m not kidding! Northern facing, with gorgeous Sun and Moon Rises and forested oceanfront views. During the Summer high season, nightly fireworks show all down the beach from tourists. FUN!! We provide beach chairs, an umbrella, Tommy Bahama beach cart, Igloo cooler and sand bucket/toys. This is the sister condo to our units, Unit 2016 (VRBO#768338), Unit 2017 (VRBO#804464), and in the A Bldg, Unit 529A (VRBO#1306410).

Myrtle Beach proper is, just 2 miles north, but enjoy your time on the beach at the resort. There are 2 Wal-Marts within 1 mile for all of your initial needs, as well as, Lowes Foods, Piggly Wiggly and Target.

The Condo building has a full convenience store on the first floor in case you need anything and you won't have to leave the building! The HIGHLY recommended Quarterdeck Restaurant is located oceanfront, just in front of the building. They have an excellent menu of sandwiches and seafood dinners and it's actually REALLY GOOD, thank goodness, because it sooooo convenient!! Prices are extremely fair and, again, you can walk to it and enjoy the atmosphere!

Just 5 miles south is Murrells Inlet. Do NOT miss this during your vacation. Excellent marsh front restaurants and a boardwalk that runs along the inlet from restaurant to restaurant, then out into the inlet. The nightlife is fantastic here, with each eatery turning over into it's own watering hole, each with their own style. The BEST on the BEACH if looking for a great night out.

Not want I seen online. I viewed a ground floor unit that was available so I booked it I found out later that they we were put on the 19th floor. That was very had on my spouse because he walks with a walker. Could not cancel because you stated that I could not get my money back. I will not recommend you to anyone.

Great place to stay. Close to the beach. Had an issue with the tv and the owner got back with us right away. Would stay here again!

Perfect vacation getaway

Absolutely beautiful condo, everything needed for an entire week was provided. Owner was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely return and recommend this place.

The Resort was nice alot of Amenities. Cleanliness rate can be a little better in the Unit. The view from the Balcony was wonderful.

Great Condo; Great Vacation; Great Overall Experience!

While we’ve stayed at Myrtle Beach Resort previously, this was the first stay in the Renaissance tower! Our condo was on the 19th floor and the view was breathtaking. The first day we were both exhausted from our trip the day before. It was very hot outside but our deck was shaded and there was a nice breeze. We spent most of that day napping on and off. The king bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the furnishings were comfortable and in good condition! On occasion the elevator was very slow (especially the last day with everyone checking out at the same time), but on a day to day there were no issues! We had dinner on the QuarterDeck. The service was fast, the food was good and the singing customers were fun! We would definitely return to the same condo! It felt like home!

Surfside Beach

Absolutely loved the view from the balcony. Out the front door and a few steps and you are on the beach. I really enjoyed my early morning walk on the beach. Even though there are many condos in the complex it was very quiet and the roar of the waves was very relaxing. We would very much recommend this condo and would not hesitate to return.

The location was great. Pool was big. Everyone was friendly. Stayed on the 19th floor view was great but next time would like to be a little lower. Had plenty of room.

Place was great.

Our stay there was amazing. We went during the off season and everything at the resort was still available for us. The condo was as pictured. The master bedroom bed slept amazingly. Our host, phillip, was amazing. He was very prompt to any need we had. Unfortunately for us we were there when the tower had to be evacuated. Phillip was able to find out right away and was prompt on relaying that message to us. Within the hour he had us set up in another condo to finish out our vacation. Thank you Phillip for making our stay enjoyable.

Lovely place at great location

This is a lovely place at a great location for families. Away from the busy city and close to many great restaurants. The view is amazing and the resort is great for kids!

All great except for the check-in process

Everything went flawlessly except I never received my welcome packet email with my condo door code. However, after a quick phone call all was good. Only a 5 minute inconvenience.

Great Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! Secure resort which was great to know we were safe. Convenient location close to any stores and restaurants. The view is amazing! We will definitely book again! Thank you for lending us all your beach supplies that was super convenient! Pools are great, our kids loved it!

The condo was nice

The condo was nice, but be expected to clean it yourself when you leave. This is no hotel. There are only 3 elevators and they're very slow. The "convenience store" is nothing more than a gift shop with minimal offerings for food. The quarterdeck is great when it's staffed otherwise it has 4 offerings for food....so stock up or plan to go out. Also if your a family with younger kids make sure you eat at an actual dinner time as this is a bar and we found out the hard way that you don't want to bring your kids there much later than that as it is definitely a "bar' crowd. The waterpark is not what was pictured that was next door and you have to pay to go to that one otherwise it's a lazy river with some kiddy stuff and it's quite a walk away from the tower and the main pool was hot and dirty each day not refreshing nor appealing. That said the ocean was wonderful and the pool on the side of the tower (kinda hidden) was nice when it was open.

Love this place!

We stayed here for a week and absolutely had a wonderful experience. Our condo was clean, comfortable and master bed was awesome!! The view was spectacular on the 19th floor. We would definitely stay here again

Nice condo with GREAT VIEW!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. Perfect for family vacation. Everything was just as we expected and the view from the 19th floor balcony was better than advertised. Only minor complaint would be that there are only 3 elevators for a 22 floor complex. Really only had trouble on arrival and departure....both on Saturday. I would advise other arrival and departure days of the week. Overall very satisfied.

Wonderful time, Wonderful place

This was our first time in Myrtle Beach and our first time using VRBO. We wouldn't be happier with our stay. The pictures were very accurate and I already felt at home as soon as I walked in the door. The kitchen was well equipped, and we made good use of the crock pot and blender. The air conditioning worked great and the beds were very comfortable. It has a wonderful view, great for getting up in the morning and watching the sunrise and it was so much fun at night to have a glass of wine and watch fireworks. Outdoor furniture very comfortable! We rented chairs at the beach the first few days and it was so convenient to walk out the door and have your umbrella and chairs already set up for you. The beach cart made it so easy to bring our towels and sand toys. We swam at almost all of the pools and enjoyed the lazy river several times. Hanging out at the Quarterdeck was so much fun! Great drinks, and very friendly people. Karaoke was very enjoyable! We had pizza and ice cream from the resort, very reasonably priced and the pizza was surprisingly good!! We loved being in a gated community and having the keypad on the door made it super convenient. We would rent this room again in a heartbeat, and based on our stay, we have been discussing buying a place in the tower. Thank you for such a wonderful place!

Fantastic Place To Stay!

Owner / Property had great communications to me all the way! Condo was very nice & clean Location is awesome! Ocean Front Pool just a few steps away, Ocean & Beach is maybe 150 yards away from the building door, Quarter Deck between the building and beach! The view from the balcony is unbelievable! Murrells Inlet and great food just a few miles away!!!! We had zero issues on our trip! Stay here you will not be disappointed!
