Our place overlooks the Atlantic. Our marina is less than 50 ft from our patio

A piece of our paradise on earth. Our beautiful villa has breathtaking views. It faces the Atlantic Ocean where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while delighting yourself with amazing sunrises from our balcony. It is very spacious and centrally located, close to all attractions, shops and great restaurants.

It directly overlooks the Atlantic and is very uniquely decorated with a Balinese mask collection. Is a 3/3 two story, with an upstairs balcony and downstairs terrace, both facing the marina. There are several SmartTV’s upstairs living room as well as downstairs. Our kitchen is well stocked if you want to practice your chef skills. For your convenience, we have a front load washer and dryer You will not have any contacts to enter the villa and our golf cart and two bikes are complimentary for your use. There are 2 parking spaces for our guests right on our driveway. We have a front security camera above the garage door.

The ammenties at Kawama are plenty to enjoy your vacation. Lighted tennis courts, a full kidddie playground, a private sandy beach with tikki huts, beach chairs and grills to throw burgers and ribs 😋, 24 hour security, a fresh salt water lagoon with a sandy area, two heated pools available for the villa guests, tennis courts and a convenienty located onsite marina with oceanfront access and a free boat ramp. Bring your boat to Kawama with a $300k insurance per our HOA regulations written under the main renter's name or rent one locally. Our marina offers all sizes of slips. Your rental contact is Dominick, our marina manager.

Less than 2 miles from our place we have the famous John Pennekamp, a great park to enjoy all kinds of water activities; diving, snorkeling, canoes, boating, paddle boats, and many more. I am sharing this linkwith you for more acitivites while in Key Largo:

communication was not great with host and made it difficult to gain access. once we had entry the place was ok. the golf cart provided was broken which would have been nice to have on property.

Kawama Community Resort is ideal for families large and small. Resort offers multiple pools, is ocean side and is a safe gated community. Walking distance to marinas, fisheries. Less than 1 mile to a local Publix grocery store and multiple eateries. Right off of route 1. Kids can easily entertain selves by fishing, swimming and snorkeling in the lagoon, pickelball and pools. A few Community firepits and grills to use. Our group was a party of 40 for spring break and the accommodations fit all of our adult and kids needs. Friendly residents and fellow vacationers as well. Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath Villa was right on the marina providing a beautiful view all day and evening long. Spacious kitchen and plenty of seating for large groups in and outside. Would highly recommend the resort for families with yonger children and couples looking to experience Key Largo!

Cute and roomy

Well equipped and cute condo. We enjoyed walking around the grounds. It was quiet. The beds, bedding, and especially the pillows could have been more comfortable. Plenty of towels for insude and beach. There are two bicycles but we couldnxt find the pump for the flat tire. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and Vivian was very nice!

Retreat 2025

A team of three executives required a place to stay for 5 days to discuss future business plans and company statuses. The conversation was intense but could start with a lovely stroll on the jetty or a beautiful evening overlooking the Atlantic Ocean while sitting in comfortable lawn chairs. The place is spacious and unique. It was beyond perfect for this retreat giving us all private spaces that we could retreat to at the end of the day. My only confusion was about trash and where we should take it. All in all it is a home I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to.

Relaxing clean and comfortable

The condo was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of room to hand out and enjoy the views. While you had awesome views the amenities were a bit farther away. However, the owners provided a golf cart that is very handy for getting yourselves and gear to the pool, jetty or lagoon. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the center of it all location for restaurants and activities but also cooked in the well supplied kitchen.

Kawama Fun

This was our third stay at Kawama. The people that winter here regularly really make this place special. They are welcoming, friendly and inclusive. Since we were there for a couple of weeks we enjoyed lots of the activities including Yoga, 5:00 cocktails, sunsets on the point, and cards (to name a few). We saw beautiful sunrises from our deck and walked a couple of miles everyday. There are places to eat within walking distance for great sea food. It was an enjoyable stay.

Here comes the sun

Our group has 8 adults and the condo offers ample of space for everyone. The host is always available to answer our questions throughout our visit. The condo complex has a nice beach area for sands, campfire or place to watch the sunrise if you are up early enough. The jetty is a place to hang out in the evening for great view of sunsets. We all had a great time at this condo watching the sun at the beginning and the of each day. Would recommend the condo to friends and families.

Family Time and some lobster finding!

We had a wonderful time at the villa! The villa was just as described and would highly recommend staying! The location of the villa is perfect! Its close to great restaurants and fun things to do! Cant wait for next year!

Host with the MOST

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful property and the view of the ocean was stunning. But more importantly, we enjoyed the gracious host whose attention was beyond our expectations. We enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning and found the location in perfect proximity to other stores and restaurants. Our host answered every question and provided service for any request we made. Overall the yacht club had a lagoon, two pools and tennis courts that could be enjoyed. This property is worth a future visit.

Nice beach home

We enjoyed our stay at this townhome in Key Largo. The highlights were the location. The golf cart was very convenient for getting around the property, and viewing the amazing sunrises and sunsets. We did notice the sheets were a little worn, some had pills. One sheet had a stain. We would have also liked to have more blanket options for the downstairs beds. A vacuum was also desired for tidying sandy floors throughout the week, so that would have been nice to have. Just some feedback to make future stays more comfortable.

Everything we expected

Really enjoyed the home. It was close to everything we needed and off the beaten path which was nice. The golf cart was nice to use in the community and put around in. Would definitely go again.

Great location - nicely furnished

The location is great. There is nice walking in the yacht club on the rock jetty and fire road. The pool and salt water lagoon are pleasant. The location is also near attractions like snorkeling trips and the botanical state park. Also, the drive down to Key West is beautiful and makes for a nice day trip. The villa itself is nicely furnished. The beds are comfortable and the linens are quite nice. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, glasses, cups, plates etc. The starter pack of paper towel, toilet paper etc. was very much appreciated as we arrived later than we expected because of flight delays. We did not use it, but the owner did make her golf cart available. Communications with the owner were easy, clear, and quick. Check-in was seamless. Post visit communications were marred by a claim that we had a dog in the unit, which was untrue. I might recommend a quick video of the property as you exit in case there are any disagreements about the state of the property when you left. .
