Grey Goose is a gorgeous home located only steps away from the Middle Beach in the quiet village of Surfside Beach, Texas. Driving up to the house you will immediately notice the expansive wrap around deck with plenty of shade, the two picnic tables, and the great water views. Another fun feature is the water hose located at the top of the stairs; this is ideal for hosing off sandy feet, kids and beach toys! This deck was designed to be enjoyed all day, all night, rain or shine.

Once inside you will immediately notice those same water views from outside are easily enjoyed from inside as well, this is due to the large number of windows across both walls in the Living, Dining and Kitchen areas. The kitchen area has a sleek, modern feel with all the upgradesā€¦ granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, large island with breakfast bar, high-end lighting. You will also find the washer/dryer located right off the kitchen which seamlessly blends into the modern feel of the kitchen.

The living/dining area is all open concept and offers a unique layout as the whole space can be utilized to fit your needs. There is also two entrances to the outside deck from the living room area. This helps to extend your inside living space to the outside deck with minimal effort.

Beach access is easy and quick as you are within a minutes walk to the beach. Just walk to the end of Ocean Avenue. There is no need for a walk-over as there are no dunes to cross.

Fun and fantastic location!

Our family loved this fun, cozy beach house! A great location for families with kids because itā€™s a very short walk from the beach to the house. We loved the decor in the home and the big beautiful deck was perfect for spending our evenings. You can walk to the sweet little coffee trailer in the mornings and walk to the beachfront restaurant in the evenings. The host was great and we will book there again!

this is my first time stay at this beach house. we stayed for two days. it was a very clearn, up date and nice house. my family love how close to the beach and nice view from the house to the beach. I do recommend for family with kids up to 14 people. we will come back. Thank you

Grey Groose is a grate place for family hanging out. We enjoy the balcony where we can seeing the beach scenery at early morning, and bbq at night. The location is convenient for buying what you need. It is a wonderful beach. We really enjoyed the trip with Grey Groose

Great place, even better location!

The house was great, comfortable and easy to move around in even with 6 people. The deck is fantastic. Quick walk to the beach. Great amount of dishes in the kitchen and a pretty good selection of kitchen utensil necessity items but not enough kitchen towels come with the linens so bring some with you. But we had a great family vacation!

Great for a large group

We enjoyed our stay at Grey Goose. Location was great. Another bath would have been nice, but we made it work. The ottoman that went with the floral chair was either stained or needed a good cleaning. But overall it was great, it was comfortable, it was quite. I would cone back for sure.

Great Property with an Amazing deck

My low rating of the check in process was because I was supposed to receive a e-mail with the key lock box code between 2 & 4 pm on my check in day. Well I did not. So i called the property mgr and it was like there was no record of my booking. My name and confirmation number meant nothing, she just wanted the name of the property. After that they were very helpful and were on site in minutes, opened the lock box for me. After that the place was great !!!

Basic supplies

The house was nice and clean and had a nice location. One thing I would say is that this is the first rental I stay in where there are no basic supplies, barely any toilet paper, no laundry or dish (sink) detergent, no hand soap, no paper towels, not even coffee or cooking oil. I left some behind out of kindness and to show how it should be done. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great location and great house

The house was great! We had 3 families. We love the bunks in the rooms so that each family could have their own room. We didnā€™t realize how close it was to a restaurant. Very convenient! We wouldā€™ve considered going there for a meal instead of bringing all of our food. Super close to the beach. Just a warning though, Saturdays do get busy, so itā€™s best to stake your claim on the beach way early in the morning (before 9am)!

This was a great property. I booked it as a nonlocal who was planning a trip with family that included locals. All agreed it was a great location with easy access to the beach whenever we wanted to go for a quick walk or swim. I recommend this to anyone with a family.
