Excellent place to stay

Loved everything about this place! Beautiful view from the 4th floor, very spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath and 1 bathroom has a jetted tub! We will definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo

Everything about our stay was great. The condo was just as described in the listing. It was within walking distance of a few dining choices as well as a Walmart. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Summer Vacation!

Had a great time on our summer vacation, the condo was beautiful with amazing views, great security with double doors for peace of mind. it had plenty of room for my little family, and the jacuzzi tub was amazing!

Comfortable clean condo with beautiful beach views!

We enjoyed our recent visit to Panama City Beach and had a wonderful stay in this condo at the Majestic. Located right on the beautiful white sandy beach. There were several great restaurants in the vicinity. The rental process was simple and easy and the property manager was great to work with! I would highly recommend this property.

Home away from home

Definitely will book again. Cleanliness, Comfortable and Communication was all 5 out of 5 stars. Also the kitchen was well stocked with essentials and the AC works well which was a must.

Wonderful Stay

Amazing value! The location was great, the views were spectacular and the amenities were top-notch. Had a hiccup with check-in but issue was resolved promptly. Great host who checked in frequently to make sure we were taken care of. Would absolutely recommend.

Just like the listing! Kristi was amazing. Awesome communication. We had an issue and she was prompt and so helpful. Unit was clean and perfect for a family of 5! 10/10 recommend!

Would visit again

Property manager was very responsive. Allowed us to check in early and sent over the codes as soon as room was available. We had a very long travel day and multiple airports with a 3 year old so this was so nice for our room to be ready upon arrival. Very minor issues with door handles when we arrived but they sent someone out quickly to fix. Overall the area was clean, only complaint would be the drain in one bathroom looked full of crud and did not drain great (also had a twinge of a strange odor) but the rest of the facility was spotless. The resort was so nice and everyone staffing it was extremely friendly. Overall we had a great stay and great communication with the property manager.

Majestic Towers resort

The resort itself and the condo/items felt dated/lacking. Security is top notch here though and we felt safe. Elevators are a nuissance as well as the parking garage situation but not terrible - esp for the 4th floor. Being oceanfront is always so nice. The view was lovely and we enjoyed the balcony area - perfect spot for that morning coffee. All in all we enjoyed our stay but admittedly spoiled on more lush resorts we have stayed at in the past.

Perfect Grief Getaway

We recently lost my husband and my daughters and I were looking for a nice getaway to just relax and recharge. This was the perfect spot! The two bedrooms with two king beds were very comfortable and the added security of a corridor with a lock before you get to the actual door of the unit was nice. The amenities at the facility were wonderful and we spent most days down at the pool laying in the sun and had our choice of two outdoor pools on the side where we were staying along with two hot tubs and a nice heated indoor pool that was actually warm! The unit had everything we needed and was just perfect for the three of us! We appreciate the cleanliness and prompt communication with the host!

Spring Break

The condo was as posted. Neat and clean. Great location in the building. I would like to recommend providing more towels/wash cloths and kitchen cloths. If we had 6 people in condo you would have to wash towels daily to have enough. Also I would recommend the u it have rugs at doorways. It could help keep some of the sand out of the unit.

We had a fun stay! We liked it, it was good for an off season beach trip. We don’t really love staying at the resort type because the beaches are so packed. It was pretty crowded for October. We got down there at 7 and still had to sit behind someone and not directly on the water one day. Some people said they went down at 5:30/6am to get a from spot. Parking was across the street, so it was not super convenient to go get anything forgotten in the vehicle. However, it was very nice to be able to have a covered walkway to get there! Having a restaurant on property was nice! It rained our first night so we ordered food and picked it up to bring upstairs. Having the high chair was SUPER convenient!!! The pool options were great! The ONLY complaints, and they aren’t even really complaints just preferences I guess, would be the pillows weren’t great and the bedrooms could’ve used black out curtains. Trying to get a baby down in a bright room is difficult. My husband did turn the jet on in the big tub and black stuff shot out, but I told him that was on him for using the jets in an older tub that wasn’t ours. Ha! I would suggest having the cleaners deep clean those jets. The host was nice and the location was good.

We had a great stay at Majestic, only reason I gave this a 4 star instead of a 5 is due to the pool area security. Other than this it’s a great property. They are very rude to customers not just us but many families complained about them during our stay and seemed as if they almost harassed you over the silliest things. You can’t even have a water sit next to you on the side of the pool without them coming over and taking your drink away from you. Don’t even get me started on if you forgot to put your wristband on before you went down.

Don’t stay here

Dirty. Thick layer of dust on furniture, on top of fans, on curtains, fridge, microwave. Mold in shower. Toilets stained. Pet hair on furniture. Food crumbs under couch, on kitchen table. Did request owners to reclean. They replaced shower curtain and mopped. Otherwise no improvement. Overall property is crowded and noisy. Noise over night from busy street below and biker bar across street.

We Should have kicked these guests out. WE offered them a full refund if they left the next morning which they declined. They tried to work us for a discount from the beginning. Husband was condescending and talked down to my daughter and raised his voice at me. We would not rent to them again. Stay away from these guests.

Perfect getaway place for a small family

The unit and the building property are very well maintained, the only real knock that I have is the elevators can get clogged sometimes - but that has NOTHING to do with the unit. As a matter of fact, since the main level for the elevators from the parking garage is #3 and the Unit is located on #4, you can just walk up one flight of stairs and avoid it entirely! The pools and hot tubs are fantastic, the view from the unit is to die for - FB and Instagram pics galore! There is tons to do within walking distance of the resort, and even more to do within a short drive. My kids (10, 8 and 3) loved every second of it! I will totally be looking at this unit again on a future trip!
