Beautiful NEW Naples home, 15 minutes walk from the beach! Ideal to get away from the cold and every day life. Few minutes from the beach, restaurants, and shopping yet still private to enjoy the Florida sun and rest peacefully listening the palm trees rustling in the tropical breeze.
This 2900 sq home has 2 master suits, one queen bedroom and one kids room with two twin beds. It's has a big open space connecting the kitchen, dinning room and the living room bringing families together.

Naples Spring Break 2025

Great property! Close proximity to beach and perfect for a family visit. Just as described would highly recommend. Vanderbilt beach was beautiful.

Family time

This house was a great get away for our family. The pool was a hit for the children. They loved being in the pool and hot tub but also loved the short walk to the beach. We had a great week and would return to enjoy again.

Relaxing stay at Vanderbilt beach

We had a great stay. This house was clean and had everything we needed and more. We had 4 children under the age of 4 and the house was equipped with lots of baby gear (high chair, 2 pack n plays, walker).

Beautiful luxury home within walking distance to beaches with double master suites.

Nicest vacation home we have ever stayed in. Walking distance to multiple beaches and restaurants. Heated pool and hot tub were immaculate. Beautiful home with lots of square footage for everyone to have their own space. Miles of walking baths and sidewalks to bike, or go for walks. Peaceful neighborhood. Owner was amazing to work with, and had excellent communication. Will definitely stay here again

Perfect home and close to the beach

Just an all around great property. We would definitely stay here again. It’s a beautiful home and the owner was easy to communicate with. The only downside was there aren’t enough towels - bath or beach. That’s an easy fix though.

This house was beautiful, fully stocked Kitchen, Laundry Room, Grill and nice size Pool area!!! It was spacious, clean and very well maintained. It is in a nice neighborhood and close to the beach!!!We had some minor issues (a few examples being flickering lights bulbs, ceiling fan had a burning smell if turned on in the main master room, the other master had low low water pressure in the showers). These were reported to the host, whom always was attentive, pleasant and responded timely.

Great, clean house

Great house for our family of 6. Everyone had their own space. Large open concept kitchen and living room. Pool was great, love the pool privacy. House was exceptionally clean upon arrival. Lots of beach/pool towels. The beach was beautiful and easy access, about a 20-25 min. walk. Quiet neighborhood which is what we wanted. I would definitely recommend.

Great house very clean! Super location

We loved our stay. House is beautiful & very clean. Owner was available 24/7 & responded immediately to all questions. You will need to bring your own full length mirror 🤣 There is not one anywhere in the house ( 5 woman no mirror Yikkes). Also you would need to bring your own laundry detergent & we easily ran out of toilet paper. Had to go out & but some. All in all 4.98 ⭐️⭐️

Great house, good location, very clean

Overall had a very positive experience. The only issue we encountered was heating the pool / hot tub. The house used a digital Pentair system which either did not work or took a lot of time to respond. So, we were not able to use the pool / hot tub when desired and we were paying a daily fee for something we were not able to use.

Naples near Vanderbilt Beach

Great Location. 15 minute walk to the Beach. Only 5 minutes by car to The Mercato shopping, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, ABC Wines, Walmart etc. House was as advertised, maybe even a little better and bigger. Excellent floor plan. Massive primary bedroom and 3 other good sized bedrooms. Great kitchen + island and lots of kitchen accessories. Comfortable family room with easy to use TV. Lovely pool and hot tub. BBQ. Bikes. Cool ping pong table in the garage. All and all, excellent.

Delightful stay in Naples

The house was perfect for our family + 1! We had adequate space for the kids to hang - and a huge table for my husband to sadly do work from the entire week…. 😢. The house was well-appointed with all of the beach things you’d need and bikes! We bought a few items like a boogie board and a skim board but left them behind since I’m sure we’ll be coming back for another stay…. 🥰

Great house for family getaway

Great interior space and beautiful pool area

This was a sisters' vacation to celebrate milestone birthdays. We like Naples Park for the convenient location- easy access to Vanderbilt Beach, plus shops and restaurants nearby. The house suited the 4 of us, and the pool area was a quiet area to relax and read. The owner was helpful and quick to respond as needed.

Naples Park Family Gathering April 21-25, 2021

This is the second year we have stayed at this very nice Naples park home. We have a large family and we come to Naples every year to visit our parents who are quite elderly. It is large, comfortable and the four bedrooms accommodate 4 couples Easily. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again next year.

Property was perfect for family vacation. Great house, great pool/spa, great location. Property manager was very responsive and attentive to our requests. Had a couple issues with spa, and it was communicated and fixed very timely. Would definitely stay again.

Home is located in Naples Park, minutes away from Vanderbilt Beach, Rits Carlton with the famous Gumbo Limbo tiki bar on the beach, La Playa Resort with the marvelous oceanfront Baleen Restaurant, Light House Restaurant, Turtle Resort, or Beach Box Cafe. The space opens up to the pool with the hot tub. You will be able to BBQ in the lush backyard while others enjoy the pool with sundeck. All 4 bedrooms have smart TVs. The living room has a 65" curved TV.
The house has high speed internet and cable. Easily check yourself in and out with a keypad. You will receive a personal front door code a few days prior to your arrival. That code will be functional from check in time to check out time. The house is fully stocked with everything from a panini maker, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, beach towels, beach chairs, bicycles, etc. All you need is to pack your bags, sit back and relax.
