Paradise in Tuscany! This place was exactly what we had dreamed of. It was clean, had everything you need and beautiful and peaceful view. We choose this because of the location to the places we wanted to go. San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa and Florence. Luca was very helpful with suggestions and great with communication. Highly recommended!

Great house in a lovely location.

The hosts were very helpful. The house was roomy and had modern bathrooms and a very usable kitchen. I would recommend it to anyone.

Nice Cottage in perfect location

Pretty nice cottage in perfect location for visit of Pisa, Firence, Luca, Siena and San Gimignano!Train Station to Pisa and Firence within 10 mimutes drive.Luca war a fantastic and wonderful Host.We will definitly be back in case we return to Tuscany!

Wonderful stay!

Such a beautiful place, the outdoor areas were great and really well thought out. Inside was impeccably maintained and clean. Every detail was thought out. The area is convenient for day trips so location was lovely. Luca was incredibly helpful and responsive. Super nice man! What a great stay!

Casa Bianca was clean, comfortable and cozy. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet during our mornings and star gazing in the evening. The check in process was smooth and easy. Luca met us outside the property, unlocked the gate and gave us a tour of the house. Thank you, Luca and Marica, for your kindness! We appreciate you.

It was my wife and I's 25th anniversary, and the host had a fruit basket and a bottle of champagne waiting for us when we arrived. We felt very touched!

Super great house “ Casa Bianca “

We had a great vacation. Super location of the house. Nice landlord, always available for questions. Everything very clean and tidy. Nice pool, very manicured lawn. Dogs are very welcome. Always happy to book again!

Home away from home

What’s not to love about Casa Bianca. The hosts Marica and Luca were very welcoming and friendly. Had a long day of travel and Marica had a bottle of wine waiting for us then went and picked up pizza. The home is lovely, clean and we never wanted for anything. Mentioned we liked to play bocce and the next day there was bocce. We had beautiful weather so we could use the pool everyday. Very central to most everything. Marica had given us suggestions of small towns to visit and they were lovely. Would definitely recommend Casa Bianca.

Love time in Tuscany

We felt as if we had been added right into a movie with the Tuscan country side and hills all a glow. The smell of fresh air with the morning dew was something not experienced in many years. The hosts were overboard with hospitality that was extremely appreciated. One has to experience the life style here to really get appreciate Tuscany. Should life and luck bring us back to Italy this location would be one of the tops on our list. Thank you Marica snd Luca from our whole family. Ciao until the next time!

Beautiful House and Location

Recently returned from a fabulous holiday, the house was beautiful and clean, a real home from home with everything you need. Its in a lovely quite location, supermarkets a short drive away, fabulous pool and garden (albeit we didn't have the warmest of weather to use the pool in April) and was a great base for either a lazy day at home or to explore the riches of the Tuscany region. Despite hiring a car we found travelling by train far easier and less hassle, the train station in San Romano is a 15 minute drive with free parking, reasonable fares (30 minutes to Pisa / 45 mins to Florence). Our hosts Luca and Marica were fantastic and very welcoming, on-hand if you ever needed anything or had any questions. We would highly recommend the villa and hope to go back again soon.

Nice house and lovely garden

The checkin, checkout and overall communication with Luca was phenomenal, he was very helpful also with restaurant reservations. The house was spacious and the kitchen has everything one needs. The showers are also very good and Luca and his family prepared everything so nice for our baby. The garden is huge and we would have loved to swim in the pool, but the weather wasn't warm enough. There is also a lovely terrace with a big table and sun chairs - everything perfect! The only small negative point was the dog poo in the garden that we found 2-3 times. Thank you for everything!

Paradise in Tuscany

We spent an amazing 2 weeks this summer at Casa Bianca. The property was clean, modern and had a lovely swimming pool which was cleaned every day by Luca and we spent most of our time in there as it was very hot during our visit. Marica and Luca were great hosts and were always available if we had any questions, especially booking us some of the amazing local restaurants. The property is a 10 minute drive from the Coop supermarket and also close to beautiful villages such as San Miniato and Palaia, which both had some great restaurants to eat out. We were also able to drive to the beach for the day and it’s also possible to catch a train to both Pisa and Florence. I would recommend this property to anyone and we are planning to go back again! A Truly Wonderful Tuscan Experience

We had a delightful stay at Casa Bianca. The house and grounds are lovely and even more beautiful in person. We're from New England and really enjoyed the gorgeous Tuscan landscape and view; a true escape! The kitchen is well-stocked, the rooms are attractive and a good size (nice high ceilings), and the bathrooms are very modern and clean. We're avid swimmers and loved having the private pool. The location is perfect for taking day trips to Florence, Lucca, the coast (which is stunning), San Gimignano, etc. Luca and Marica are gracious and accommodating hosts (the welcome bottle of delicious Chianti was a generous touch). Marica's suggestion to visit nearby San Miniato was much appreciated as it turned out to be our favorite Tuscan village. We hope to stay at Casa Bianca again - a very memorable and fantastic trip. Luca was so kind! The house was just perfect for our first days in Italy. Very relaxing. Our wine tours and trips to Lucca and the Pinocchio park and Villa Reale Di Marlia were nearby. Driving was quite the experience but we managed just fine. Too chilly (and too much pollen!) to use the pool but would be great closer to summer (we were there late April). For a relaxing time, we highly recommend.

Wir haben 11 wundervolle Tage in der Casa Bianca mit unserem Hund verbracht und uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht – die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders die gemütliche Einrichtung, die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche sowie die beiden Schlafzimmer mit je einem eigenen Badezimmer haben uns begeistert.Ein Highlight war für uns der grosse, rundherum eingezäunte Garten. Die ruhige Lage mit weiter Aussicht sorgt für absolute Erholung. Das gesamte Anwesen ist traumhaft gepflegt.Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von Marica empfangen, die sich viel Zeit genommen hat, uns alles Wissenswerte zu erklären. Sie gab uns zahlreiche wertvolle Tipps zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sogar zur medizinischen Versorgung in der Umgebung.Die Lage der Casa Bianca ist ideal – nur wenige Kilometer von der Hauptstrasse Fi-Pi-Li entfernt. So konnten wir in dieser Zeit viele wunderschöne Ausflüge unternehmen: nach Livorno, Florenz, Pisa, Lucca, Barberino Tavernelle, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Certaldo und noch vieles mehr.Wir danken Marica und Luca von Herzen, dass sie uns ihr schönes Ferienhaus zur Verfügung gestellt und uns jederzeit unterstützt haben. Es war für uns alle – auch für unseren Vierbeiner – eine sehr schöne und unvergessliche Zeit. Wir können die Casa Bianca uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Luca und Marica sind sehr lieb, jederzeit errreichbar und kündigen auch jegliche Arbeit am Grundstück vorher rechtzeitig anDas Haus ist sehr schön, Badezimmer , Küche, Schlafzimmer modern und Ausstattung vollkommen in Ordnung. Der Pool ist gross und macht Spass.Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut und wir brauchten sie meist nur abends kurz zum runterkühlen des Schlafzimmers (Ende September).Das Grundstück ist schön und ausbruchsicher, unsere Hunde hatten viel Spass draußen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort und würden es immer wieder buchen.

Amazing! Das Haus und das Anwesen „Casa Bianca“ war wundervoll. Für uns die perfekte Lokation. Ein bisschen teurer als andere, aber es hat sich gelohnt. Es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Wir waren kur zu zweit im Haus, aber für ein zweites Paar, wäre der gleiche Platz nochmals vorhanden gewesen. An jedem Fenster sind Mückennetze angebracht, in jedem Zimmer würde es eine Klimaanlage geben, haben wir aber nicht gebraucht. Luca ist ein super freundlicher Gastgeber.

Traumhafte Unterkunft mit tollem Garten

Wir waren zu fünft mit einem Kind (5 Jahre) in Juni bei Luca und Marcia zu Gast.Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und wir waren gleich hin und weg. Das Haus war noch viel schöner als auf der Buchungsseite beschrieben und dargestellt.Wir haben alles ausführlich erklärt bekommen.Es gab ein paar kleine Startschwierigkeiten, aber Luca war am selben Tag sogar noch um 22 Uhr vor Ort, um zu helfen, einfach toll.Wundervoll gepflegten Garten mit Blumen und Kräutern sowie mega Pool und großer sonnengeschützter Terrasse.Bequeme Betten, großzügige Badezimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche ließen keinen Wunsch übrig.Einzig ein im Inserat abgebildetes Hängesessel war nicht vorhanden, haben wir persönlich aber auch nicht vermisst.grazie mille Luca e Marcia
