Lovely villa tucked away in the country

We rented this villa for my family and parents for a short getaway whilst at a wedding. The property was nestled away away with extremely well kept grounds. The rooms were well sized & comfortable. Sinks and showers needed upgrading/fixing, both didn’t work properly in both bathrooms. Couldn’t use the pool for the first 2 days as there was a horrible algae growth and had an odd smell. This was however fixed but took 2 days, we were only there for 4. No wi-fi was frustrating as zero phone signal.

Excellent

The villa is excellent. Beautiful and well maintained gardens nice pool which was regularly cleaned during our two week visit The accommodation is very comfortable We particularly liked that we were provided with basis foodstuffs ( salt,pepper, tea coffee olive oil ) and all requirements for cleaning and washing ( washing powder, dishwater tablets, cleaning materials). I have had to purchase all these kind of things at other rental properties. The owners also provided fresh fruit and a couple of bottles of wine when we arrived The directions to the property were very exact and spot on. The driveway is certainly a little challenging at first but you get used to it and they appeared to be improving it during our time there My only criticism is that we only had one set of keys. That is not sufficient for a property that sleeps six people particularly when those keys also open the automatic gate

Pas d'accueil, aucune présentation du bien. Quelqu'un est venu nettoyer la piscine le soir de notre arrivée. Il est revenu le mercredi soir. Le skimmer de la piscine était hors service, nous avons du nettoyer tous les jours avec des équipements trouvés sous une trappe. Trois nids de guêpes autour de la piscine, les enfants n'ont pu jouer au ballon et avaient peur de se baigner. Chambres très petites et sous le toit, ventilateurs obligatoires... Rez de chaussée et cuisine spacieux Internet / réseau 4/5G inexistant. C'est un bien sans âme et conçu pour une location minimaliste.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit ausreichend großem Privatpool und Panoramablick. Die Anfahrt sollte besser beschrieben werden, trotz richtiger GPS Koordinaten wird man gegen Ende unsicher ob man richtig ist. Schlechter Handyempfang und kaum Internet vor Ort. Der äußerste liebe Nachbarhund kommt regelmäßig zu Besuch also nix für Personen mit Hundeangst.

Ich kann mich anderen nur anschließen: das Haus und die ganze Anlage sind traumhaft. Geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet (Spülmaschine ist neu). Zwei "Aber": Zufahrt ist mit tieferliegendem Fahrzeug schwierig (5min holpern, z.T. sehr steil). Mit Touran war's kein Problem. Zweiter Punkt sind die Hunde des Nachbarn. Einer bellt jeden Morgen, meist gegen sieben, halb acht ist man wach. Wünscht man sich nicht so im Urlaub. Ein lieber, aber echt großer Hund schaut außerdem gerne mal vorbei.

im zweiten Eindruck leider enttäuschend

tolle Gartenanlage in fantastischer Landschaft. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch und innen gut gestaltet,gut ausgestattet und praktisch geschnitten. Kein Wlan vorhanden, kaum Internetempfang. Leider gab es an den technischen Geräten viele Mängel zB. Spülmaschine spülte nicht mehr sauber, Herd heizt nur noch mit Oberhitze, Armaturen in den Bädern total verkalkt und locker. Der Vermieter spricht nur italienisch und war wenig motiviert. Poolreinigung mangelhaft. Schade, das hat den Urlaub getrübt

Der Garten ist liebevoll gepflegt und wunderschön! Es ist ein Traum, dort Ferien machen zu dürfen. Das Haus war sehr sauber geputzt und dienlich eingerichtet, mit allem, was man braucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat hervorragend und unkompliziert geklappt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit.

Stille og fredelig uten wifi og mobildekning

Ypperlig dersom du ønsker teknologisk detox. Ingen wifi og meget dårlig mobildekning. Til og med bilradioen koblet ut. Lei bil med høy bakkeklaring, lang og dårlig vei inn i skogen til huset. Fint svømmebasseng og hageområde. Ikke aircondition i huset, blir varmt når varmt ute. Ypperlig sted dersom du vil slappe av og bade i stille omgivelser. En del løskatter og hunder stikker innom for å tigge mat. Fint om du er glad i dyr.

Im großen und ganzen ein tolles Ferienhaus! Leider hapert es mit den Wasser beim duschen! Kein Wasserdruck und dadurch heiß - kalt Dusche . Ansonsten eine tolle Anlage!! Vielleicht mal Schilder unten bei der Einfahrt anbringen ( Wegweiser!!) denn nicht jeder hat Internet unterwegs ( undEmpfang!) Zum weiterempfehlen!!!

Sehr gemütliche, landestypische Haushälfte. Es war alles sauber und ordentl. gepflegt. Grundstück war allerdings nicht eingezäunt, wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Es ist leider kein W-Lan vorhanden u. Internetempfang zufällig. Wer Ruhe vom stressige Alltag sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

„ Gute Ausstattung mit schönen Sitzplätzen; Pool von außen nicht einsehbar. Für den Einen oder Anderen ist die etwas abgeschiedene Lage vielleicht etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die in anderen Bewertungen genannten nächtlichen Ruhestörungen durch Hundegebell sind bei uns jeden Tag morgens ab 6 Uhr und Abends vorgekommen. ( sehr störend ) Ein weiterer Punkt ist das fehlende WLAN ; Da auch das Handy-Netz nur eingeschränkt zur Verfügung steht und im Fernsehren keine deutschen Sender trotz Satelit.

Schön, etwas Abseits

Schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus etwas Abseits in schönen Landschaft gelegen. Siena, Luca, Florenz, Pisa sind alle ungefähr einer Autostunde entfernt. Gute Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Kein W-LAN und schlechtes Handynetz machen die Auslflugsplanungen für den nächsten Tag etwas schwierig. Übergabe erfolgte Problemlos(nur auf Italienisch).

Das Haus liegt wunderschön auf einem Berg. Der Garten ist mit Liebe gemacht und gepflegt ebenfalls der Pool. Dieser liegt etwas höher aber wunderschön Punkt die Vermieter sind super nett zuvorkommend und verlässlich.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Land...

Sehr schönes und sauberes Landhaus, allerdings aufgrund der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft nichts für Ruheliebhaber. Lage ideal für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Florenz, Siena und San Gimignano. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Haus. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett!

Traumhaft

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist umwerfend, größer als auf den Fotos zu erkennen und die Lage ein Traum. Die Abwicklung der Schlüsselübergabe ging problemlos und die Kommunikation hat auch gestimmt. Wir werden wieder kommen :)
