4 Chalet-style Cottages on 30 peaceful acres in Brackley Beach, PEI.
Take a walk on our Private Trails and see the lazy river that runs along before opening up to beautiful Brackley Bay.
Enjoy Birdwatching, Fishing, and relaxing in the countryside!

This cottage has 1 Queen Bed in the Upstairs Master Loft, 2 Twin/Single Beds in the Main floor Bedroom, and a Sofa-bed in the living room
There is electric heat throughout and air conditioning in the upstairs of the cottage.
The are 2 Parking Spaces available per Cottage, overflow parking is available upon request. It is a shale(red dirt) laneway and parking area, the road can be rough and at times muddy!
1 High Chair and 1 Pack n Play(portable crib) are in each unit, if you require more than 1 of each, please let us know before your arrival.

Guests are welcome to access almost all areas of our 30 acre property:
Please feel free to take a walk through our trails along the river or spend a relaxing afternoon fishing and birdwatching!
We rent out our land to a local farmer and ask our guests to respect the crops and please stay out of the fields.

wonderful stay

Just lovely

Beautiful property, very clean, quiet and peaceful. Cottage is simple, cozy, and bright! Calming water view with lots of wildflowers and lush green lawn. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

PEI Perfection

This was the perfect spot for our PEI getaway. Close to Charlottetown and even closer to beaches. The cottages were spacious and had everything we needed. We’d highly recommend Bay View Cottages.

Stunning View!!!

Absolutely stunning spot and view! Cute and tasteful cottage with lots of space and privacy. Great location… close to the most beautiful beaches and trails and only 4 kms from the most epic lobster rolls at Richards! Would highly recommend this rental!

Cottage #2 has a great view of the water. Wonderful to have coffee on the deck in the morning watching an eagle and the yellowlegs fish in the shallows. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen.Hilary has been wonderful to work with! Very responsive to any questions and gave us good suggestions on grocery stores as well as suggestions on things to do.Close to beaches. Ate at several restaurants in North Rustico only 15 minutes away.

Second time staying

And will rent there again on our next trip. Rented there two years ago, and there have been improvements since, new deck, AC unit. Great amount of space in the unit. Contacted the host for extra supplies, etc. got a response and what I was looking for within five minutes.

Lovely Cottage!

This was a lovely place to stay. It's an amazing location, so close to the beautiful Brackley Beach and a reasonable drive (20-30mins) from Charlottetown and the Anne of Green Gables House. The cottage was super clean, well equipped and had a fire pit and pinic table in the back. As mentioned in the listing, its part of 4 cottages in a row so you do get to see your neighbours. The hosts were fabulous and left us with a bunch of great information on the area and PEI. 10/10 recommend!

Fabulous Central Location

We enjoyed our stay on Cottage #2. The location was central to all that we were interested in seeing (ie. near Cavendish and an easy drive down to Charlottetown). The amenities were clean and neat. A bit worn in some places like the entry. The bathroom could have used a bit more storage next to the sink, instead of the other side of the toilet. Mosquitos were ferocious at dusk but that is a PEI trend, I'm told.

Great Stay at Brackley!

H and R Cottages is a great place to stay for a family vacation in PEI. The view from the cottages overlooks a beautiful bay with plenty of room for the family to enjoy. The cottages are modern and actually seem bigger then they appear in photos. Well equipped we did not miss anything on our vacation. Hilary was excellent in responding to any questions or concerns and is a very gracious and professional host. I highly recommend booking this property for your family vacation. From what I gather you may need to book this property well in advance as previous customers are booking their return stay at H and R Cottages! Don’t wait, book now…

Brackley Beach Cottage

Es handelt sich um eine liebevoll eingerichtete und durchdacht möblierte Cottage, die Lage ist traumhaft und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Schade fand ich, dass Gäste offenbar eine Kommode zuvor beschädigt hatten, was noch nicht instand gesetzt worden war, und diese daher leider nur eingeschränkt nutzbar war. Im übrigen war alles super und die Kommunikation mit Hillary sehr unkompliziert.

All that it says it is

Stayed at the property for two days and toured the Brackley Beach area and surrounding towns. This was just before Fiona hit so truly hoping the owners made out alright from the hurricane winds. Never met the owners but keys and arrangements were just as they indicated, We had no issues so did not need to contact them.

Beautiful chalet/ cottage

My sister, mother and I enjoyed a wonderful girls weekend away staying at Cottage 2. The cottage was well equipped and nicely decorated. The views of the water were beautiful especially with the big windows at the back. The communication with the owners were timely and efficient and Hilary was super helpful. Few recommendations would be A/C units as it was warm even in September, more towels and toiletries such as shampoo as one small container did not go far with three adults, wine glasses and extra blankets/ pillows if needed for fall weather or if someone was using the pull out futon as often hotels keep extra in the closet. Overall a great experience and would recommend!

Great location

Beautiful cottage. Very rustic. Everything we needed was in the cottage. Close to beaches. We would definitely stay there again. The cottages are quite warm during the day but with all of the windows open all day they cooled off nicely to sleep.
