Wonderful property and hosts! A gorgeous sunset view every evening from their private beachfront property. Bonus if you like dogs!

A wonderful escape vacation spot. Very clean well-appointed waterfront 'apartment'. Kitchen has everything you need to cook in also has a grill on the deck overlooking the water. Comfortable beds; good heating and cooling, large living room area w TV w all the channels you'd need - even my Red Sox. Sunsets are awesome. Even had some eagles come by to visit.Owners are extremely pleasant and helpful. Good people. They were a pleasure.Setting Is a bit isolated, but that's the point, isn't it? PEI is a wonderful laid back community w beautiful beaches and scenery. It is however a bit pricey in day-to-day expenses. Still, is a terrific place to vacation and the Butler Beach House is a gem.

We loved our stay at this apartment. Perfect location, lovely hosts, and beautiful sunsets. Everything you need to enjoy you stay on PEI. We hope to come back!

Great views and amenities

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the canoe and kayak. Beautiful views from the deck. Kitchen was well stocked and having access to do some laundry mid trip was helpful. We would definitely consider staying again on a future visit to PEI.

Hosts, Apartment and View Are Top Notch.

Apartment is clean, modern and very cozy. Beautiful view, quiet, and centrally located on the island. Thanks to the hosts for instant communication and generosity. Will recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect apartment, beautiful location

Gracious hosts, perfectly appointed apartment with gorgeous views overlooking Covehead Bay towards the dunes of PEI National Park. Beaches and Charlottetown are only a short drive away, but all we really wanted to do was relax at this comfortable beach cottage and gaze at the view! (Plus the playful dogs frolicking on the lawn were pretty awesome too!!)

Sharon and her family were just lovely and left the rental in wonderful shape! They were really nice professional people and were extremely respectful of our house rules. We would welcome them back anytime - really enjoyed them!

Stop Looking, This Is the One

This beautiful waterfront property is perfect. Quiet and restful, yet close to activities to make it the perfect location for experiencing PEI. JoAnne was friendly and responsive and is a host who goes above and beyond to make my stay terrific. Even going so far as dropping off soup and crackers when i got got sick! Stop looking, this is the vacation spot you want.

Thank you JoAnne and Mark! What lovely hosts. This apartment is perfect. Had everything we need. Joanne even arranged a blow up mattress for us so my kids could sleep separately. We had the best weather - it was hot so we appreciated the AC. The pictures don’t do it justice! We were actually so surprised when we checked in. I have wonderful memories of sunsets and birdies and of course the lovely doggos. Thank you again!

Look No Further Jackpot 😍

JoAnne and Mark are fabulous hosts. The property is absolutely gorgeous. Super clean. Well stocked kitchen and lots of treats left for us to enjoy. The pictures do not do the place justice. You need to go and experience it in person. JoAnne and Mark are very friendly but allow you your privacy. We had great little chats with them. We rate the place 10 out 10. We will definitely be back. 👌👍😍

Charming Apartment Right on the Bay

Very pleased with this quaint and cozy upper unit right on Covehead Bay. The 2-bedroom unit is above a garage (not included with rental) and has one driveway parking space-an external staircase provides access to the unit. The unit provides spectacular water views of the bay and is furnished with a 4-burner gas BBQ, a small dining table and chairs that we used nightly. A wooden staircase along the back property wall allows you to walk down to Coverhead Bay to a small dock with chairs along the rocky beach. A two-person canoe and kayak were included. Fishing from the canoe was fruitful just 100 meters off-shore, with several stripers being caught on live bait. Inside, the bedding/linens were comfortable and central air was provided in the great room (only). Electric stove, dishwasher, full fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, walk-in shower round-out the interior amenities. Wifi and cable TV were also provided. Would definitely recommend this unit, it's quiet, remote and about 20 minutes back to Charlottetown.
