Start your mornings with coffee in the covered seating area, lounge poolside, take a refreshing swim, or enjoy the soothing therapeutic jets built into the pool. A gas grill is also provided, making the outdoor space perfect for casual cookouts and warm Florida evenings.

This home is within easy walking distance of Pine Avenue, where you’ll find locally owned coffee shops, restaurants, boutique shopping, an olive oil shop, and a beloved donut spot. Multiple beach access points are nearby, with the closest located at the end of Gladiolus Street—just a short walk to Anna Maria’s famous white-sand beaches and turquoise waters.

THINGS TO KNOW

Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
