Comfortable modern family home on 8+ acres with large kitchen, cosy living room with tv, piano, klos guitar and ukulele. Game room with ping pong and fooseball and a pickleball court. Hot tub on deck, swings of all sorts and 400+ feet of waterfront to explore. There are 2 paddle boards, 1 row boat, 2 single kayaks a double kayak and a canoe to enjoy the bay. During summer and fall, you can enjoy ripening blackberries, huckleberries, and mulberries. There is a herb garden and mint for fresh mint tea, and you can use vegetables from the garden for cooking. Fall Hazelnuts are also available to gather. It's a race with the squirrels.
