Located along Crescent Beach, you'll be near both Main St and Barefoot Landing which hosts some of the best shops and restaurants.



Parking is available on the premises and you can park up to 2 vehicles.



We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and an optional non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $54. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.





You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Condo as well.

Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.



**We do not provide a daily linen service.**
