THE VIEW
Enjoy incredible harbor and ocean views & sunsets, while you listen to the sounds of the ocean surf in this stunning two-bedroom, two-story condo with two balconies! The upper floor has a large outdoor deck with table and chairs to seat 6 and panoramic white water Pacific Ocean and Oceanside Harbor views. The main floor balcony is also a delight with similar ocean and harbor views.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The beautifully updated kitchen has custom cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining table comfortably seats 6. There are also two additional spots at the counter for younger guests or quick bites. The upstairs deck also has seating for 6 around a large patio table.

LIVING AREAS
The living room has ample sitting room to house the condo's capacity of 6 with a comfortable sofa sleeper sectional. There is a large flat-screen TV in the living room with cable with 250+ channels free of charge. There is also a fully functional fireplace available for your use and enjoyment during the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance.

The condo has 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom suite on the upper floor has an adjoining bathroom with a custom walk-in shower and vanity area. The hallway bath has a remodeled combination tub/shower and adjoining vanity area.

SLEEPING
F311 comfortably sleeps 6. The upstairs master bedroom features a Cal- King size bed, as well as a twin sofa sleeper.
The main level guest bedroom features a King bed and a comfortable memory foam flip futon. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a memory foam Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is also an air mattress in the closet. In case you have members of your party with different viewing preferences there are also flatscreen TVs with cable in both bedrooms.

-This unit comes with TWO assigned parking spaces in the garage underneath the building.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

F311 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach.
