Welcome to Tropical Paradise - E20, a modest upper-level beachfront cottage. E20 has a front-row view with a perfect vantage point to sit back and enjoy a panoramic view of the waves. Enjoy unobstructed ocean views in an economical setting either from the master bedroom, living room, or on the back porch while lounging back and reading a book.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining table comfortably seats 6. There are also 3 spots at the counter for younger guests or quick bites.

LIVING AREAS
The living room has ample sitting room to house the condo's capacity of 6 with two comfortable couches. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room with cable TV with 250+ channels. The fireplace is fully functional and is available for your use and enjoyment during your stay for the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance.

The condo has 2 bathrooms. The master bath has a walk-in shower with separate vanity and the guest bath has a tub/shower combo.

SLEEPING
E20 comfortably sleeps 6. The master suite has two queen-sized beds where you can be lulled to sleep by the sounds of waves crashing at night. The second bedroom has a single queen bed. In case you have members of your party with different viewing preferences there are also flatscreen TVs with cable in both bedrooms.

EXTRAS
-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage next to the unit
-A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.
-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.
-E20 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (4).

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

LOCAL AREA
E20 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.

If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is centrally located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!

The condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. Owners provided extra beach towels, blankets, and beach chairs. Easy access to the beach and pool, and parking garage. Was a wonderful time.

Great place with an awesome view! Loved hearing the ocean waves, the seals and seeing all the families enjoying the beach and all the activities. Would have liked a larger frying pan so we could cook breakfast but otherwise very well furnished and comfortable furniture. Hope to return someday.

Beautiful spot on the ocean

We enjoyed our stay at North Coast Village. Condo was perfect for two couples; two beds and two baths. The location is excellent and the view amazing. Itā€™s difficult for friends to get into the property to visit because itā€™s gated. Nice for security but plan to meet friends somewhere else. We did have a problem with ants. They were in the showers and closets. There was Raid but we were uncomfortable spraying around our clothes and cosmetics.

Great location

Ample unit in a prime location! Outstanding view and experience! Full kitchen, very comfortable couches, room layout was great, although most of our time was spent out on the lanai- morning, noon, and night. Last day we found the awesome coffee place at the Harbor: The Nautical Bean. Our favorite activity? Further along the Harbor is a dock with an entire colony of sea lions - right there on the shore. Better than Sea World! On The Sand team were very available and helpful. We'll be back!

Had stayed at North Coast condos previously, but when I booked E20 unit, didn't realize had a flight of stairs to condo, We are able to do stairs but not carry items, such as luggage while climbing stairs. Everyone at On the Sand Vacation was so helpful. They arranged for us to have assistance with all items to our condo, both at check-in and check-out. Thank you, Nery! Thank You everyone at On the Sand. Condo met all expectations, had a wonderful week. Be sure check out "Fisherman's Market" on Sundays in parking lot north of Joe's Crab Shack.

Amazing!

Stunning view! Five star location. Whether you are in the well equipped kitchen, dining at the marble top table, sitting in the living room or even waking up in the guest bedroom, you have a floor to ceiling unobstructed ocean view. The balcony furniture (bar height table and chairs) is perfect for watching surfers or looking through binoculars to spot a whale. Or just having coffee. Sunsets are spectacular and the famous Ruby' pier is lit up at night which is charming. We walked over to the lighthouse and harbor shops. This beautiful well kept resort resort with a year round, huge, heated pool was the perfect destination vacation for us.

Beautiful Condo

Condo is beautiful and the views are amazing. You are close to walking distance for all that Oceanside has to offer. You also get a lovely ocean breeze when leaving the doors and windows open. The condo could have been cleaner, but overall was not bad. The only downfall was the master shower smelled like sewage when in use. The management applied a treatment but it did not help. Will stay again if shower situation is remedied.

Not what we expected at all. Very outdated. Stained walls. Rusty vents. Corrosion on faucets.

We checked into on 7/29/17 and I have to say we were throughly disappointed. The screen door was torn, half of the lock on the front door is missing, there are very large stains (water spots?) on the walls, rust covered vents and fireplace, the bathroom faucet has some type of unsightly debris attached to it, the shower door is about to fall of the hinges, the curtain in the master bedroom is torn in multiple places, the light in the master bedroom does not work, there are no blinds or shades on the sliding glass doors for privacy concerns...just utter neglect at every turn. We had a family reunion this week, so we had the opportunity to visit a few other condos, and they are nowhere near the condition that our unit is in. While the view here is amazing, we should expect to have a well kept living space for the amount of money we paid. This is definitely not the vacation spot that my family and I were expecting and we are truly disappointed.

On the sand was great to work with. Property needs updating. Some updates have been done. The mattresses and bedding are very poor. For the price I expected a little more upscale. The complex is nice. The pool hot tub area were very nice and grounds were well kept.

Amazing Sunsets

Being right on the water was absolutely amazing. Watching the surfers everyday and having high tide right at your door was priceless. So relaxing to hear the waves all day long and walking along the soft sand beach at sunset was phenomenal.

Location 5 star, condo 3 star-chairs & patio table well worn, one of the chairs is almost dangerous in how it tips to the side like its about to break. Kitchen equip well worn, electric tea kettle doesnā€™t shut off. Some upgrading would match the location & earn 5 stars.

AWESOME PROPERTY

We were ABSOLUTELY impressed and SO HAPPY we chose this beach front condo. Well stocked and VERY welcoming! So nice to be right on the beach. For many years, we were blessed enough to get the 2nd week of a timeshare that a Doctor I worked for owned right there in Oceanside and were sad to learn he was retiring and using both weeks this year.....how dare him LOL. So the hunt was on to find our own place , and boy did we and could not have been happier!! Will be back for sure.

Great location

If you like listening to the surf and watching waves, surfers and sunsets, this is the place to be. We enjoyed walking to the pier and the harbor and made good use of the condo's well equipped kitchen, good quality beach chairs and towels, and table and umbrella on the Complex grounds are attractive. You should be aware of the annual beach replenishment program. It did not compromise our view in any way, but our beach walks were much more enjoyable when the project was finished. So it is a good idea to check for progress.

Beautiful ocean front condo.

This is the perfect location right on the beach for a GREAT vacation. You can see dolphins and whales (during season) from the balcony. The condo is clean and cozy. It comes with everything that you would need for your stay. There is a big pool, hot tube and a grill area that are well maintained. The condo is walking distance to the Harbor. It's just PERFECT.

Amazing view right on the water

This was our first time in Oceanside and will be back. It was an amazing visit with family and the unit had everything we could have needed. You seriously couldn't get a better place to stay and hear the waves and watch the surfers. The swimming pool, hot tub, barbque, koi pond. Everything made it so much fun!!

We have stayed at North Coast Village many times over the years and always enjoy the clean, well kept grounds. We usually try to get a 2 bedroom upstairs unit right on the water. It's very peaceful to sit back and watch the oceans, the waves and the surfers. We stayed in E20 this years. It has newer granite counter tops in the kitchen area and a large granite table to eat on. There are three queen beds. Two in the larger room and one in the front bedroom. The furniture is well kept and comfortable. We had a great time and the weather finally cooperated and let the sun come out, so all were happy. This unit did have a few small things that need to be repaired. The plug in the front bathroom didn't work and we had to really keep all food cleaned up or we had some friendly ant visitors, which isn't uncommon in these on the beach units. Mark and his team were fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend booking through them.

Our Hawaii

This is the third year my husband and I have gone for a full month to Southern California to stay at this condominium complex. The condo we always select is an upstairs two bedroom two bath right on the beach. Watching the ocean from our patio and listening to the sounds all day and night is just the most relaxing and special time for both of us . The units are not new but the kitchen is fully stocked, the living room is comfortable and so are the beds. If we experience any issues we know we can depend on Mark to resolve it quite quickly. The pool and hot tub are wonderful but the workout room could certainly use some new machines. The complex itself is very lovely with waterfalls and beautiful plants and very lush looking. It really is our Hawaii without the cost of the flight.
